Questions & Answers

Is an average woman supposed to buy a size 14?

When I returned to look at the size I ordered, I found it in the previous order. As a result, I do not have large hands, and buy a medium size glove or mitt each time. A picture of my hand was taken just now. I measure 4 inches from the top of my wrist to the bottom of my thumb (inclusive) and 7 inches from the tip of my thumb to the top of my index finger on my back hand. In these golves, I ordered the size Medium and found them to be extremely tight. I only had full mobility for a few days before they loosened up but they were still extremely They should be like that for you. Wishing you the best of luck!

My hand doesn't go numb while riding on a bike when I wear them. Does this transfer pressure from my hand to my forearm and take pressure off my wrist when I wear them?

My problem is the same when I am riding my bike. When I used these for riding my bike, they didn't help me at all. I purchased them for roller blading and used them once for riding. Falls can cause wrist damage if they are not properly protected.

What are the specs of these boards? Do they work with boosted boards?

If you fall, it won't probably protect the tips of your hands since they are exposed. Does it work with boosted boards? Ummm, yes it's a glove. If you fall, it will probably protect your hands from road rash.

This product does not come with a sizing chart. I don't know what size to order. How do I measure myself, then which size ?

Please note that the sizes listed below are not interchangeable Measure the circumference of your hand at your knuckles and match the size to the size chart This is the seventh section of the statement. In the range of 0 to 8, the range is 0-4. In *br>M 8, there's a 0 in the box. In the range of 0 to 9, The number of symbols in the latitude of 9 is 0. In the range of 0 to 10, 0 is the lowest number. There are no XL 10's in the 0 category. In this range, there are no overages. I am 0" tall

I do not regret my purchase! BEST WRIST GUARD It saved me from a broken wrist twice -- once when I did a 25mph front flip off an electric skateboard and went down badly The result of this type of accident is frequently a broken wrist, an incident in which FOOSH is followed to the letter
5/5

I was able to get up, dust myself off, and ride home thanks to these gloves. It was a bit of a hassle typing for the next few days since my fingers were sprained, but it's really the best case scenario compared to what I was going through. Having crashed my second pair of onewheels, I have now purchased my third pair. The things they do are worth every ounce of gold they possibly can. Just one time of falling really hard enough to make you realize this is the best $50 you have The best time to buy is right now.

It is disappointing to find glove stitching that is so poor
4/5

Having owned these gloves for a month, the stitching began to break down when I was using it almost daily.

Although when you do fall, these gloves give you great protection, so there's a trade off.

The protection is good, but the appearance is a bit odd
5/5

Due to my job, I need to keep my hands in good condition. Therefore, I have the Hired Hands with the partial gloves to protect my hands when riding my electric skateboard. The wrist protection works really well. It is good that the gloves are too, however I would say that the Small is more for men. When I wear them, the glove part makes my hands appear massive so they are a little strange looking for a woman with small hands. There is about twice as much room in the glove as there should be for me to fit properly. In addition, the straps are adjustable so everything can be secured properly, so except for looking funny they are definitely reliable if I.

Protection has been greatly improved Those gloves fit very well and are comfortable to wear in case of a fall, and I'd recommend them to anyone concerned about their hands or wrists being protected
4/5

In spite of the four stars, I didn't give these a five star rating due to the lack of velcro that secures the strap around your wrist. Within a month, the velcro on one of the gloves started slipping and soon wouldn't hold. To keep the strap in place, I used a thick rubber band. Similarly, the glove on the left is becoming discolored as well. There are no substantial problems with the gloves, but the loop portion of the velcro needs to be a higher quality and secure. Although it may seem minor, without that velcro, the gloves cannot be securely fastened. In loose fitting garments they will not offer very much protection. I have only fallen with these gloves once so they haven't suffered any major damage. You will not find tears, rips or holes in the material. There is something wrong with my ability to secure them. A longer period of time would have been ideal for them. Purchasing these again would be possible, but only if the velcro had been improved.

I am an 8 on the hand
5/5

You should go up a size. I am 5 feet 11 inches and I fit perfectly into the large. I could not have asked for a better fit. You won't want to take them off. They're snug, but comfy, and total badasses. My fingers are open so I can use my laptop easily and I have good dexterity A skate remote is included with the skates. Despite having very thin skin on my hands, they feel extremely It was difficult initially to take them off, but I learned that by alternately pushing on the splints a little at a time, I succeeded in getting them off easily and without damaging them. It might be too heavy for people with fat fingers, so you might want to try the XXL. I am 6' tall and 175 lbs, so my fingers are average, maybe slightly on the skinny side.

Enjoy total peace of mind! My experience of learning to roller skate as an adult reminded me of how scared I used to be of falling as a lanky child, especially the feeling of my hands getting burned
5/5

You will be able to counteract that immediately. The palms and fingers are fully covered and the finger slots help to keep them in place, and they are really comfortable to hold when you're nervous about moving.
I am a bit overprotective of my hands as I write a lot and have had repetitive strain issues from that, so after a few falls at the skate park, I can assure you that the metal plate will give you the protection you need! There'll appear to be a little bulk on them and I expect to also sweat the heck out of them, but I wholeheartedly recommend them to fellow skaters.

I am in love with them! My Onewheel loves these shoes! I bought them as well and they have been great! Their sizing chart was spot-on, they fit snug, but not too snug
5/5

In the past couple of days, I have gone down a couple of times at lower speeds, and they have protected me completely. Since these are primarily meant for protection, they serve more as precaution If you want to be able to type long messages while riding, don't get these if you want to be able to still operate your phone while doing so. That's something that you shouldn't be doing in the first place! It seems that several reviewers have commented on black stains on their hands, but I've never experienced something like that. There is no doubt these things are going to protect you. They feel good, they look good, and I won't ride.

A good company and product helped save the wrists of an old fart on a skateboard
5/5

I joined the FOOSH club and had severe wrist pain for more than
These Hired Hands were just what I needed to make sure this type of thing did not happen to me. The sizing guides stated that I should order Large, and they fit, but they are Considering the circumstances, I believe that is the right course of action It does not bother them in the slightest. I didn't need to deal with the blow myself because the splints took the hit. A splint that had been sliding had worn thin, so I thought replacing it would be best. The replacements could not be found online, so I contacted Triple Eight to find out how to order new ones. Having Marie as your guide was a great idea No charge for replacements, she just rushed them to me. A good company is one that has a good relationship with its I will be back in a few days once I wear out this gear which helps me keep my body alive.
