Questions & Answers

Is it possible to ski with this helmet?

I suppose it's possible. However, if you want a pair, you'll need to order two. However, I'm not sure how helmet sizes translate into shoe sizes. It's possible that you'd be better off purchasing actual skis. br>br>On a more serious note, I'm sure they'd protect the melon from any blows?

Would a ten-year-old be able to wear the medium? old? If not, what size are you looking for?

For an accurate fit, take a measurement of the circumference of the child's head and compare it to the size guide.

I'm a girl (5.) and I'd like to introduce myself to all of you. My height is 58 feet, and my head is 54 centimeters (21 inches). 26 inches in length). Would you recommend an xs or an s in this case? thanks! ?

I would recommend ordering the small; I ordered an XL and received a large, so go one size up just in case.

I'm going to jot down what the inside of the helmet's safety sticker says. Please let me know if you'd like to wear it afterward: Warning: br>br> br>Only skates and skateboards are compatible with this product. This product offers minimal impact protection and does not meet any established safety standards. Check your local safety laws to see if wearing a helmet is required. br>br>I immediately began the return process after reading that.

It fits perfectly and has a great appearance
5/5

I ordered this helmet, as well as a few others, in order to compare them. One was certified, while the other wasn't (note that this helmet isn't certified, so it doesn't have the styrofoam insert). It does, however, have a great foam insert, which is only for low-impact hits/crashes because it is not certified. I was aware of this prior to purchasing, so I knew exactly what I was getting. I don't need anything else because I'm using it for standard longboard skateboarding cruising. Whether you choose a certified helmet or not is largely a matter of personal preference and what you plan to use it for. br>br>As soon as I put this helmet on, I knew it was the one to keep out of the three I had ordered. It literally fits my head like a glove of the same size. It's extremely comfortable, and it sits low on your head, unlike many other helmets. As a result, it looks fantastic, and you don't appear to be a mushroom. As a result, you'll be more likely to put this helmet on. Who doesn't want to dress up as a Space Balls extra? br>br>This is a fantastic helmet that provides adequate protection for the purposes for which I intend to use it. If you're going to ride an e-bike, it's a good idea to prepare ahead of time. If you're riding a bike or a board, this isn't the helmet for you; instead, look into Pro-Tec. Tec's certified helmet, which typically costs around $20 more.

Helmets are worn by everyone, including professionals
5/5

I haven't smacked the cracker dome tet yet, but this lid gave me the confidence to not only go to the skate park, but also to put my skates on!
! br>br>Look, folls, I worked in ems and public safety for a long time, and I KNOW how important helmets are in any sport or recreational activity. I know that every time we turn around, a government entity is regulating our safety, and most of us have lived the "back in my day, we didn't need a helmet"br>What we fail to realize is that people these days have lawyers, good ones, and even your local "skate at your own risk" section forgets to show the legal disclaimer that shows theor high-dollar lawyers who will not hesitate to take things to trial. br>br>Don't be the person who believes they can win- This helmet is far less expensive than a hospital bill or legal fees, and skate park patrons are accustomed to seeing people wearing helmets, so go ahead and buy it. br>br>Good quality, great fit, comfortable, and holds sweat well (until you remove it-) Then it dislodges its anchors.

Classical music is my favorite
5/5

For many years, I skated aggressively and wore a pro-style helmet. tec. Many reviews state that it is not designed to withstand direct blows, and it appears that the new requirements are for the hard styrofoam. I dislike them because all it takes is one solid crack to break it and ruin it. This reverberates, dispersing the impact (I don't claim to be a doctor), but these have saved my skull from 15-foot drops, parking lot gaps, and even a pinged head off the corner of a square rail. Honestly, it doesn't matter what the label says; these helmets saved my life in my teens and early twenties, and I'm glad to be able to use them again now.

Helmets are available in a wide range of sizes

Pro- was one of my favorites. When I was younger, I used to wear Tec helmets. They're fantastic; they're light and comfortable, and they mostly do what they're supposed to do. I haven't worn a helmet since I was a kid, but after a couple of bad spills on my push scooter, I decided to put one on. I usually ride with a small helmet on my head. My head is 22 inches in circumference. I ordered a Medium helmet, which was too small for me. I'll get a Large if I order another, but I'm thinking about getting something with a little more protection.

The fit is perfect
5/5

Before purchasing a new helmet, I tried out a few others to see if other brands were as trustworthy. Unfortunately, they didn't feel as secure as this one, so I ended up buying it again, and I'm not disappointed in the least. I use it for biking, and while many other helmets only sit on the top of the head and aren't as supportive laterally, the Pro-Tec sits on the sides of the head and provides excellent side support. That is not a problem with tec. From every angle, my head feels supported and safe, and I'm not concerned that it will fall off if I have an accident. I'm glad I went with what I'm familiar with and believe in.

Not good at all
3/5

I needed a helmet that wasn't as bulky as most. The majority of my pals were pro- When I was younger, I used to wear tec helmets and thought they were much cooler than whatever I was wearing at the time. The helmet is thin, and I knew it wouldn't be very protective, but it's not great. Yes, it's light, but it's not particularly comfortable, and it still makes me look silly when I wear it. br>br>Instead, I chose triple 8, which is far more comfortable and only slightly more ridiculous in appearance.

Safe and attractive
5/5

For a true skater, the inside padding is insecure and short-lived. Helmets aren't popular with kids, but when they have to (as mine do! ), they must be worn. ) For the money, this is the coolest-looking, safest, and best-made product; however, for a true skater, the inside padding comes loose quickly. This is ideal if your child only skates or rides a scooter on occasion. Because the inside padding isn't strong enough, I have to buy them more frequently.
