My oldest grandson's was bought in September 2020, and my youngest grandson's on October 13th of the same year. Both use them on a regular basis, charging them before using them until the vehicle wears down to the point where it needs to be recharged, at which point they recharge them. They don't overcharge them or leave them unused for long periods of time, and both vehicles are still in excellent condition. As of now, there have been no reports of reduced ride time or other charging issues. This was a good buy, and it's still one of the best Christmas gifts we've ever given the grandchildren. This product meets all of our expectations.

Charles, hello there. There is only a trifold manual inside, which does not explain everything as well as I would like as a mother, but here are some details I can share with you to help: We just opened it yesterday morning and figured out how it works:
1: The turn on/off is controlled by a small round silver button. If you gently press it, a sound will be heard, indicating that it is turned on. It will not sound when turned off.br>2. A trident male entrance is located next to this button for plugging it in. 2 When fully charged (in the box on the outlet, there is a light corresponding to red that reads green) 3) It will turn black when it needs further charging, and it does not charge when turned it off at room temperature (a brown light is amber).

There are two methods for determining whether something is good or bad: The charging indicator turns red when the battery is too low, yellow when it is charging, and green when it is fully charged in the first method. The charger's light is red during the charging process and turns green once it is fully charged in the second method.
