I have been worried about Hover boards catching fire following recent reports that they catch fire. My daughter has been begging for one for a while. Our family broke down and bought us this one for Christmas in blue, a beautiful metallic shade. She's only used it for a few days but is already gushing about how great it is. We chose it because it has adjustable speed, stability features, safety specs, and a wide wheel. Her large tires make it easy to move everywhere, and the easy balance makes it an excellent choice for her. With the speaker and the app used to connect it, she can customize the lights and add extra features to make it interesting for her. The tire size is half that of the original, so you get what you pay for. You can find much cheaper versions, but the tires are half the size. It is one of the few cons I can think of, being heavy and hard for a child her age to move long distances or carry up and down stairs in an everyday setting due to its roughly 24 pound weight.
