The instruction manual did not specify how long a foot pad spacing needed to be but simply that it needed to be at least 6 inches As a result, we couldn't use the hoverboard because it was too narrow. The seat fits the Razor Hovertrax perfectly and is easy to assemble. The only problem is that the nuts holding the handles to the seat constantly lose their grip.
