Unfortunately, the packaging is quite poor, but the product works fine

There was damage to the front and back of the bag. I could have done a better job with the packaging. Even though I was able to push it back out, it still appeared that I had fallen. Hopefully, I will fall soon enough so it will all be fine, but it was very disappointing to have these experiences. It is common for the bag to sway back and forth more than expected while riding. It seems that the seams on the straps don't feel strong enough to allow it to be tightly fastened to prevent slipping as the rider moves. Despite the fact that the bag works as expected, I'm able to fit an additional charger and lock in its place, with plenty of space left over. Having said that, I will continue to look for a better replacement to this one, but for now I will use it.
