The best way I found to mount and dismount the tire was to lock one side of the tire in a vice and then work the tire on and off that way

When the rim was replaced, I reinstalled one side, clamped the loose side in the vice, and then levered the loose side down to stretch the other side onto the rim. If you don't have a vice or a C, you're out of luck. It will be difficult to change if you use a clamp or something else to hold one side. I'm pleased with it; it appears to be a slightly nicer rubber than the papery/dusty rubber innertube I removed from my Gotrax tire.
