Questions & Answers

When buying a size 7skates in a women's size, what size wheels should I buy?

This is a decision you would have to make. Either size of this wheel will fit on probably every adult skate. It is available in 57mm and 62mm sizes. Skate wheels currently in use tend to have a size marked on them, so that's a good clue about their size.

The 8mm rolling bones bearings will these fit?

There are four types of bearings I have used, all of them tight, by design, so there is no rotation A bearing press is sold, otherwise I proceed as far as I can press them into the trucks and then screw them down with the nuts, which actually allows them to press all the way in. If you are going to back the nut off afterwards, be sure not to back it off so much that the wheels

Does this wheel work well for skating in skate parks or bowls?

Despite these being great wheels, I would not suggest them for bowl boarding. Skating on a smooth concrete surface or a rink is better with these. Wheels with a wider diameter are recommended.

What if I want to use them outside?

The harder surface is good for skating in parks since they are easier to slide on when it is slippery and they provide slide as well as rollerderby when the courts are rough. You can feel every bump and crack better because the increased hardness makes you feel everything. Outdoor skates with a softer wheel or wheels that have a lower durometer such as 78a or 85a are recommended. Wheels with these characteristics are the hardest to buy and usually not used for outdoor skating.

The investment has been great! It's great to have wheels like these! Due to the fact that the outdoor wheels that came with them were too slow and grippy for the rink, I put them on my Moxi Jungle skates
5/5

It works like a dream to roll the rollerbones over the floor! am able to get up to a nice speed even with only moderate or minimal effort. At first, 101a's were slick, but they became more grippable after a few rides, so I was able to cross over and steer without losing control. To make the wheels fit on the outdoor bikes, I used the same bearings that came with the original 58mm on at the skate shop, as it was impossible to put them on by hand. ) That's right, sir. didn't expect to enjoy I am glad I invested in them.

This is the best wheel you can get at this price point
5/5

This is an update from 1 year ago. I think these wheels are a wonderful deal considering they are so nice. I have been riding practically the same pair of shoes for almost a year. Ninety percent of the time is spent on ice and ten percent in parks. It is still possible to roll these wheels. Rotating them occasionally has caused them to wear uniformly. Except for a horribly flattened wheel when I had to stop quickly during an emergency, I haven't had any problems. Those wheels are really hard and you will feel it in your feet if the surface of the ground is not very The way they slide while I want them to and the way they have a nice "bark" when doing hockey stops and powersliding around the corners at the rink are really great. It would be a good idea to consider them if you are considering switching Although this wheel has just enough grip to make you feel confident, you can still slip and slide on it It will be easier if you use a bearing press to get the bearings in. (If you skate a lot, get one.

This color is wonderful! The color pink is HOT
5/5

My favorite color is hot pink, so that's what I chose. It appeared that the batch I received contained these little divots around the area where the roller bones is printed on the middle part of the wheel, which would not affect the smoothness with which they roll. There was only a cosmetic issue which had nothing to do with performance. Therefore, I gave it a full five-star rating. My custom Moxie skates look fantastic with them! To give you an idea of how awesome these are, I had to run them on the sidewalk to make sure that they weren't too slick. They worked great after that, and had great traction.

These wheels are great at a very reasonable price
5/5

I was part of a roller derby league that skated at a tennis court. The surface was like sandpaper and really ran other wheels I had that were lower durometers down. The wheels are great for skating on the treacherous surface we have and it seems as though they are long lasting and well made. I'm even able to make hockey stops with these wheels on. The bumps on the surface do not feel as bad as I would expect considering the wheels are so hard. Skate parks are a good use for these, according to my friends. so you know, I had to use a bearing press for the bearing installation.

It's a great value and great for the skate park
4/5

Considering that this was a $50 purchase for eight wheels, it was a pretty good deal. It is important to note that the purple photo shows a 98A on the shoes, but my shoes came in with 101A on them. It was the first time in my life that I had outdoor wheels with harder hardness than 78A, and switching to these wheels greatly increased my The slides aren't a whole lot, but since I won't be using them for the purpose stated above, it's fine. You'll have to break them in a bit more, but I still believe these were an excellent investment.

It's as hard as rock! The best indoor flat track you'll ever run! I tried them out last night on a hardwood floor at a skating rink
5/5

It was a little sticky on the ice, especially for wheels with a lower durometer. I love these wheels because they are so fast. For my speed to remain high, I had to exert very little effort. Occasionally, wheels that are this hard will begin to slip in tight crossover turns when you are doing really fast and tight turning. In order to get my T, I had to really dig in There are also stops.

It's great to have such a wheel indoors
5/5

In addition, the price is reasonable! In the beginning, I bought the 98A in 62mm, which is a fine wheel. I can move around the rink easily with) dance moves. Our floor is vinyl, so the slide makes a nice and predictable sound. The grip and release of my hands are easy. My skill level was better suited to these than the Art Elite. Still, the Art Elite was too expensive for me.

These wheels are awesome
5/5

These wheels are awesome. You are skating on a dream when you are with them. Aside from the rollerbones bearings, I also bought them. You won't regret it at all. As far as I'm concerned, I'll purchase them again if I ever need to replace my wheels.
