Yes, 627 or 608 standard bearings are used in these wheels.
Although spacers are not required, they provide a more precise feel and help to ensure even wear on the bearings, resulting in longer bearing life.

Rhythm skating is my preferred technique. I've experimented with a number of wheels, including the Roller Bones 101A. 103A; 103B; 103C; 103D; 103E; 103F Fo- Premiere Pro for Mac The movie All American Dream, as well as a few others. br>br>These are without a doubt the most comfortable wheels I've ever used. It took about 20 minutes to break the ice. On the ice, of course. When I skate, they help me have more control. The grip vs. slick balance seems to be pretty well balanced to me.
On smooth surfaces, these wheels are ideal for both advanced and intermediate beginner skaters. Once I gained strength and balance with these, I upgraded the hybrid indoor/outdoor wheels that came standard on my boardwalk suregrips, and it made a huge difference on smooth surfaces. I was hesitant to switch from an 89 to a 98a because I thought they would be too slick, but it only took about an hour to get used to them. Moving now requires less effort and is less taxing on my joints! For the price, it's ideal!.
On my Moxi Panthers, I purchased the 57MM and used Bones bearings. They glided across the rink like butter! In fact, I was terrified.
I prefer these to the CIB vortex (due to the difference in hardness). They're buttery and smooth, but they still take a beating at the skatepark!.
These are the best wheels ever made for any floor; they have grip, slide, and agility; you can't go wrong with them. The 62mm wheels are just as good as speed wheels, but with the agility to incorporate turns without having to worry about the size of the wheels getting in the way.
I tried out a narrower wheel with these. On an indoor wood floor, they were fine and provided adequate grip. In general, these wheels are good value for money.
In the indoor rink where I skate, the wheels perform admirably. I'd buy them again if the opportunity presented itself.
Wheels that are hard, fast, and have excellent traction.
