I got my daughter these skates and she loves them! Despite the fact that they were an early birthday present, I was so excited about them that I ordered them. I take my kids to a skating rink where there are lots of games and the lights are dimmed There are rainbow lights in these It's really nice to have skates that light up very brightly and stand out from the crowd. In addition, they seem to light up well when any movement occurs. We have not encountered any issues with them being dim or going out. My children are always lying on the floor where I can spot them. Their roll seems to be pretty good, and their fit is good. There are no complaints at all from my side. They are so loved by my kids!.

As soon as these skates were opened, they were great. Until the bolt holding the boot to the skate broke, my kid wore these skates nonstop almost nonstop for several months. In my call with 2pm Sports, they responded very promptly, offering a replacement part or a reimbursement for the purchase of a new bolt. In talking with customer service, they informed me that a replacement bolt is sometimes included with the original paperwork and/or Indeed, there was a bolt in place! Even though they came with the skates, I had never thought to look at the paperwork. With a simple fix that took less than three minutes, my son is once again skating happily. My original rating for this product was 2 stars due to the fact that the bolt broke so quickly. I have changed this rating to 5 stars due to the prompt and satisfactory response from customer service. If you have purchased these skates and have an issue with them, I recommend contacting customer service. There is a good chance they will rectify the error. It has been a pleasure working with you. An unraveled strap is seen. Skates are one of my daughter's favorite things. She LOVES them. Skating with these wheels makes them glow and light up really nice. 2 wheels are on her skates It is possible to skate 3 times a week on these skates without them breaking down. It's only because I kept having to undo the other strap (not the velcro) that I didn't give 5 stars. The issue with the strap can be resolved, and I would not hesitate to purchase another pair for her.
