They are a bit pricey for one pair, but I really like them. While practicing for 5k on a treadmill, I did not get blisters. they're best for hiking, as others and the advertisements suggest, since your feet start to get hot and start to feel wet, which made me feel nervous, but when I took them off they were mostly still dry, which was pleasantly surprising. Cushioning appears to be of good quality, but is more noticeable while wearing it. The hiking boots I will use for a 24 mile hike I will be undertaking in a month are undoubtedly the ones I recommend. However, I would like to find another pair that runs specifically in fur. Here's an update A pair of socks with an anti-bacterial treatment was used to go for a short hike The friction glide stick is supposed to help prevent blisters as well as friction on the feet. Sadly, after only 1 hour, I started to feel the back of my heels tingling, which is an indication of blisters starting to form. As a result, I was fairly disappointed given how much socks cost. We will still wear socks, but will use moleskin underneath to ensure that blisters do not form for three days It took me six hours to hike.

Wearing out in the sole and heal of my merino wool hiking socks is so damn annoying. My training is for a hike across Spain, and I have learned that taking care of your feet is the most important part of your journey. Darn Tough socks helped me manage my plantar fascitis and my PT recommended them to me. This is amazing! It's comfortable with good padding, cute color, not too hot for feet, you can wear them for 3 days straight and they don't smell bad, and they're guaranteed for life! Only one con is that they fit a little It was ordered that two pair of ladies Medium 7-inch shoes be provided We are only able to fit 5 of them. After a gentle wash with cold water, I was able to block them so they fit my foot comfortably. It would be better if I ordered ladies large next time. A return would require too much time, and another size would have to be ordered. I will soon be on the trail. It is likely that ALL my socks will be replaced by This is the first time I have seen them made in Vermont as well.

I have another update to share with you "Moss Heather" socks have been washed and tried a second time. This time they came out the same size as the Plum Heather socks. Our daughter will get another pair from me. A brief update Similarly, I bought a second pair of pants in "Moss Heather" in size large. Just like the first pair of pants, Plum Heather, these trousers were washed and dried. They have now become a completely different size, as you can clearly see. It was much more comfortable to wear the Plum Heather. My only issue with the Moss Heather is that they are bigger than I would like.

I decided to order the large after reading a few reviews. The shoes I wear are a bit roomy, since I wear a size 9. They have been washed in warm water and dried on low heat after being washed with the other loads. Their size shrunk a little bit, and they fit like a glove. It would have been fine to wear them as they were prior to the wash and dry, but they fit much better now. The socks were washed and dried in a large zippered laundry bag, which is my usual way to wash socks, bras, long underwear, etc. , with another pair of socks inside. In my order I received both the Plum Heather and the Moss Heather Hiker 1/4 Cushion Socks. A few minutes later I got an email letting me know the Moss Heather pair had been cancelled, not available. My Plum pair arrived first, and I liked them so I went on the internet and found a REI store in a few days that had the Moss pair in stock. Tomorrow, I'm going to pick them up. This is not what I will be wearing for hiking. San Francisco is experiencing an extremely cold winter, so these socks are an everyday wear. They're great. Very happy with them. Thorlos is also a great sock, although too heavy/thick for my street shoes but I've worn it for years with my muck boots. Having a quarter of this height is a nice touch.
I like the fact that they are manufactured in the United States.

I thought these socks were one of the best I've ever worn. Since I have worn this sock, it's the only sock I've ever worn. They will never wear out under any circumstances. Whether summer or winter, you will be super comfortable. Those darn tough socks are the best. If you want to know just how credible this product is, check out hiking videos on YouTube of people hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, and Continental Divide Trail, and see what kinds of socks they wear. Make in the USA is the best. Darn tough to the best.

This pair of shoes is very comfortable and don't bunch up around my ankles After getting some hot spots the day before, I wore a pair of hiking shoes on my second day of hiking and didn't have any additional rubbing after A very good air supply is also provided to them. There is no doubt about it.
