x23 or x25 refer to the tire's width in millimeters (700 is the diameter of the wheel in millimeters, or 27"), respectively. The 25's are just a smidge wider than the 24's, so they should fit unless your wheels are very narrow It might be a good idea to swing by your LBS to be sure. I was just going to say The majority of club riders transitioned from 23 to 25 years old in recent years. width of the tire is more comfortable (you can run them at slightly lower pressure) and they are also easier to handle. This wheel has a wider "footprint" which is about 0.3 inches wider than the previous model, but On the other hand, if you like to race on the 23's, you may not want to switch.
Yes, the tires are great. We have ridden them more than 10000 miles without a No question, three sets of tires must be purchased

I have ridden 500 miles on my current pair and I have not had any issues. I had the unfortunate event of riding through hundreds of pieces of broken glass that I did not As I approached the end, I pulled over to inspect the tires for punctures. I found glass fragments trapped in the tires that I removed. There were no leaks on the tire! No leaks or flats since I completed my ride and many others and there have been no leaks or flats since. The next time I purchase, I will do so again.
It's been years since I rode a 23mm Vittoria Corsa at 120 psi. I put these 28mm on my Madone and inflated them with 70psi. I used the original aluminum rims since I wasn't sure if they would fit because it was such a smooth and comfortable ride. Now that I have ordered the carbon rims, I will install them. My ride tomorrow is going to be 70 miles.
I purchased these tires to replace Vittoria Rubino Pro 700x25c tires. In the Corsa G2, the engine is located under the hood. The 0's are very nice, they mount fine, but they will not fit my 6 Although Rubino's and other 700x25c Vittorias all have before, there isn't anything else as old as the Bianchi Siempre. There is no way to mount the tire due to its height. It's unfortunate, because I took the boxes to the dumpster already assuming it would fit just like all my other Vittoria tires. The difference between a new Rubino Pro and the Corsa G2 is about three millimeters. It is significant if your bike is more than a few years old because zero represents a huge difference.
My rain/winter bike has recently received a new set of wheels. I bought these to go with it. I upgraded to the new wheels with tubeless ready rims and the Conti 4 Seasons (great tires, by the way) I had been running on them were very tight and hard to mount and dismount. I thought this Vittorio Corsa Control would be similar to the Contis, so I decided to try it. Training tires that are fast and stable in any condition. It was definitely easier to mount the Vittorios on the new rims, despite the fact that they are still a bit tight. I have only owned them for a short time, but their ride quality is superb, and the tread pattern should perform well, especially if there is rain later on in the year. This is a highly recommended book.
The three pairs of corsa tires that I have purchased were not all from Amazon. A really, really good pair of shoes were the first pair. There have been four this year that have slipped the casing from the inside of the bead against the edge so they have a very significant wobble before disintegrating. You at least get a warning for that. My blood pressure rarely goes above 90, I do not have a lot of muscle mass. As far as the tires are concerned, they are great as long as they do not blow, or until they do blow from sidewall failure. Nevertheless, one blowout isn't worth the risk if your tires can't afford to fail. Due to the circumstance, I must return (actually go down) to the Over the past eight years, I have not experienced any flats on my eight thousand miles of highway riding. You may want to wait until they have a few good reviews before purchasing. They are very very good when they are good, and when they are bad, they are very very bad.
I ran the front tubes without inflation and they felt like lead weights. My first ride was at 80 psi, a solid 3. GP 5000 moves at a slower pace of 4 mph. It was advised to run at a higher psi and to inflate the tire to 110 (ten pounds under the maximum On the second ride, the rear clip completely blew off the bead after a quick descent on a mountain road. The higher rate did feel better, but the catastrophic failure did not save the day. This is the last time I will purchase them. They could have put me in the hospital if they failed at the midpoint, but I won't blame them. A total waste of time and money! My bike is now equipped with GP 5000s.
Initially you accelerate painfully slowly but once up to speed they travel as fast as the regular G2 Corsa. I suspect that the chevrons on the edges make contact with the road more when the bike leans from side to side. The tires even sound different as they If you were to buy these in black, what would you be thinking?.
The way they feel is wonderful, but I have already blown out three innertubes after riding Manhattan and Brooklyn in them just a few days ago. This is the first time I have ever seen such a thing. I don't know why they advertise these as more durable and cold-weather resistant. If you live in an area where road debris is significant, you would be better off finding another tire. It seems that they do not have a weather option. Other than that, they are really smooth and feel great.
