All Mountain Style AMS Frame Guard Gravel/Road - Protects Your Bike from Scratches and Dings

This doesn't install consistently in terms of appearance, as previous reviews have noted. In my experience, it was easy to install after I watched multiple YouTube videos provided by AMS, and followed the steps carefully. No matter how much I rubbed or applied heat using a heat gun, no matter how much I tried to get the various appliques to appear the way they do in the video, the result was a very mottled appearance. Then again, maybe it's because my bike is black carbon, and this might look better on a lighter bike. I ended up using Racers Tape / Helicopter Tape to protect my bike and I was pleased with the results.

The price was excessive for what I received. I have ordered from all mountain products, and they have been excellent, but for my gravel bike, I thought this would be better Nevertheless, the tape is not clear as stated, it is thin and you don't get a lot for the money. I had to wait over 40 bucks to remove it, so I used the standard helicopter tape for just 15 bucks that can cover 2/3 of the surface. There are three bikes, which is clear to see and you won't even notice them.

It appears the sheets are not the same as those I ordered, as I received 6 instead of 12. I do however like the pieces I was sent. I received two big top tubes and four thin sections that can be cut to suit my needs.

This is awful. It might be good for a mountain bike. On the frame, it does not blend in well. I find the border to be way too thick and it makes my shirt This certainly helps to protect the frame, but in terms of aesthetics, it's just not that impressive. Directions were followed to a tee. However, there are still a lot of bubbles, and some of the frames do not stick to each other. Moreover, the flat part is at the bottom of the screen.

As long as it serves the purpose it was designed for, it's fine. A gravel bike fits me reasonably well, and I ride it often. The product is easy to remove and apply again. Although it is not going to protect your bike completely. When you are really concerned about the protection of your bike, you are best off getting helicopter tap and covering it completely.
