Selected User Reviews For Peaty's x Chris King (MK2) Tubeless Valves - Bike Tyre Valves
You don't have to buy them all because I bought them all for you. For the purpose of tire inserts, I prefer the Peaty brand. The peaty valves have flat bottoms much like cushcores, but they have a much larger inner diameter, which lets the tire beads sit in place quickly, and they allow sealant injectors with long tubes (like KOM injectors). An injector that uses a KOM type sealant will not fit the cushcore valve. As far as size is concerned, I just wish they came in a slightly shorter size than the 35 mm Stan's (the longer they stick out, the more likely they will be to get damaged. . . ).
They are sturdy, seal really well, and ensure a good fit. Besides the high quality finish, the valve core in black is a very unique feature from a design perspective. One thing I didn't expect was just how big the valve stem cap barrel was. As it has a nice knurled texture, it is easy to remove and replace it when checking the pressure. Feels like it has lasted a lifetime.
By using the insert (nukeproof ARD), the valve was blocked. There are two tools on each of these, and they are not blocked. It was pricey, but I felt it was worth it. It would be nice if they came in a shorter length. These could be reduced in thickness by about 7mm and would work well for most mountain bike.
Its a tubless valve and it works well not much else I would say its got the bling bling to put it over the 10$ amazon valves the tool is kinda corny as a cap and kinda ugly.
I couldn't get it to fit perfectly in my 19mm side rims, but once sealed up with the juice it looks great.
Several of the valves' prestas are of very high quality and are one of my favorites. They are flowing well with orange seal so far. I have already received plenty of compliments and inquiries regarding the caps, which have already been used to remove spoke nipples and cores.
