Could this kit be used for a 2018 Reba RL 29, Solo Air? I have a brand new fork, however, the air spring is losing air and then the dust seal is coming off. ?

The answer is not clear. My Reba for 2015 was fitted with this. It should be backed by a warranty when a new fork is purchased.

Does this part fit the Reba Dual Air 2011?

That will be the case. With the kit, I was able to repair that. The issues have been resolved.

Does it refer to RBA ?

My 2013 Reba was able to fit it.

How do I know if it will fit a 2007 Tora ?

I doubt it.

It does not seal off the dust. A dust seal that is large enough to fit into a fork cannot be used. Several other components of the system are in place. I don't know why this is a 0. In this case, Reba Solo Air RL does not work with 420.

There is no fit for 32mm forks with these

Kits for the Reba with 32mm legs are supposed to come in this package. This is not the case. There will be a problem fitting the seals. As you can see from the pictures, the size is different. Rock Shox says this kit will fit my fork, and I bought it from their website. That is not true. I thought the foam inserts were too large as well. There are a lot of seals out there, and now I must find the right ones.

I worked for Reba 2008 as a consultant

On my 2008 Rockshox Reba I replaced the lower dust seals. There are still parts left over for the damper and the After I've looked into that some more, I'll discuss it. I liked it a lot.
