What is included in this kit? Is there oil and grease included?

There is a tube of each in the package. As I did, there is no need to purchase them separately!

Do you know if this kit works with the monarch plus shock as well?

As a matter of fact, it In their service manuals, it says the air can seals are the same for regular and plus versions. The high volume part number is included here. It is possible to get a separate kit for standard volume cans.
