I would say yes. I installed it on a World Cup series suspension which works on some Rockshox suspensions.
Usually around the same time each I think it should work fine if it's a 2012 model or higher.
As part of my 2012 Rockshox sid XX World Cup bike, which is equipped with a dual air fork, I used this kit. There is supposed to be a Reba in this line, but I am not sure.

I used this method on my RockShox Reba SL 29" 2008, however the dust foams were a little thin, so I just cleaned and shrank the old ones a little and attached the new ones underneath Seals that are covered in dust are referred to as dust-seal A greased surface.
I used it to refresh my 2012 SID and it worked great! If you are buying a kit, make sure you purchase the right one for the right year, as 2011, for example,.
Among the Reba's I have, 2012 is a bit out of left field from 2009 - The age range between 11 and 13 is wide. Quite a few parts of the kit were left over after I used it for my fork.
It is nice to get the whole set of wipers and seals at this price rather than just wipers and seals.
There are all the parts needed, it works as it should.
I used it for my Reba forks and it worked perfectly.
The kit is what it says it works for Reba models 2012/2013.
