Questions & Answers
I'm assuming you use LOOK pedals with KEO adaptability for your spin class. If that's the case, then let's get started. KEO cleats are available in three colors: RED (the most float), GREY (intermediate float, around 3% /-), and BLUE (the least float, around 3% /-). 1 grade) - BLACK (which has 0 degree float) is included with most LOOK pedal purchases. It's important to remember that most Look pedals are forgiving, so you won't feel like you're stuck on concrete, and your shoes will give a little as well. As a result, how "locked-in" you are is a "personal call." You want to be "in" and "feel" something. Personally, I prefer black cleats with 0 degree float, and I find that my shoes, as well as proper cleat adjustment on the shoe, provide a perfect fit. To be safe, I'd suggest the grey cleats, but keep in mind that the red KEO cleat will be more forgiving, and may be "sloppy" comfortable, which is fine if that's what you want. I'd probably go with the grey cleat once more. Remember, when you go for a ride on the road, I believe you will encounter a "tighter-than-usual" situation. fit" into a more "controlled-environment" fit". Also, the more you "wiggle" in your shoes, the less power you're giving up on the pedal. It's entirely up to you, so good luck and have a fantastic 2016 riding season! Cheers!
If your Peleton bike has Look Delta pedals, you should be able to lock your cleats into them with the Look Delta Cleats. The Look Delta Cleats are attached to cycling shoes with three small bolts (screws), so the question is whether your spinning shoes can handle this requirement. Also, if you buy Look Delta Cleats, make sure you get the genuine article and not a knockoff; they will hold up and work better and last much longer. After 25 years of cycling, I have come to this conclusion after trying many different cleats.
Yes, there are three screws and washers in total.
Look for Delta pedals rather than Keo.

This is fantastic. These are a huge improvement over the ones Peloton sold me. There are no squeaks, and I don't think my knee will pop out of joint when I remove the clip. br>br>Either here or from Peloton, don't buy the low-cost knockoffs. These should be bought.
They're perfect for my Peloton shoes.
This was fantastic. I purchased a set for my wife and I to use on our Peloton. Shimano cleats were too loose on the peloton pedals for us. These Look cleats are nice and snug, and they're the same price as Peloton's kick offs.
I've always used Look Delta Bicycle Cleats for many years and thousands of miles, but last year I was persuaded by a local bicycle shop to buy a Taiwanese knockoff, and I've had problems since day one. The knockoff is only made of red colored plastic and lacks the teflon plastic insert, making it difficult to get in and out of the pedals, and it only lasts about half as long as a Look cleat. I'll only buy the original Look Delta Cleat from now on, and I won't bother with any cheaper knockoffs.
This is the most excellent brand!.
On my Peloton, I wear these cleats with Pearl Izumi Quest shoes. They are extremely effective. When you open the package, double-check that all of the hardware pieces for attaching the cleats are present; They aren't well-protected. Due to a hole in the plastic baggie that held them in my case, they were loose in the package.
OEM made in France pedal cleats are what they are. br>They are not generic knockoffs made in PROC. When steeping into the pedals, they fit perfectly. br>The durability of the shoes is determined by the discipline of wearing cleat covers while walking.
For my Shimano spin shoes, it works perfectly. Simply use the appropriate hex screwdriver/Allen key to tighten them down. I made the mistake of using a Phillips head screwdriver the first time I used them, and they came off the shoe because they weren't tight enough. It was a rookie error. There have been no problems since I put them on correctly and as tightly as possible. It's on par with, if not better than, the cleats on the studio's rental shoes. Clipping in and out is a breeze.
