Easy to install, has a cool look, and is lightweight

These stems offer a great deal of value compared to other stems. The component is made by SRAM or a subsidiary of SRAM, so it's good to know that a big company backs it. The stem that replaces the carbon fiber stem is almost as lightweight as the new one since it's made from a sturdy material. Due to the stem on my mountain bike being set forward a few inches, I had to bring the bars back to their original position. The setup I prefer for my mountain bike is BMX-ish. It was easy to install, and the hardware was blacked out.

Costs range widely in bike components, and sometimes returns diminish as time goes on. In order to make my cyclocross bike competitive, I needed a shorter stem and didn't want to spend more than $60 I found this one and it's really good Ensure the quality of the materials, the construction, the fit, and the This is a solid piece of equipment from a reliable manufacturer. I don't mind the heavy weight, but it is a little bit on the heavy side. I have had no problems with it holding my 760 wide bars more importantly, it's held up for a few hundred miles now without breaking. If I had to buy it again, I would.

I used the bike for more intense XC and light AM riding after I had put about 1000 miles on it. In order to combat arm fatigue during rough descents, I decided to install wider bars and a shorter stem my stock stem and handlebar setup would no longer be a viable option. The set came with matching handlebars which I use. There are some people online who complain that the stem is loose and won't tighten despite repeated use, but I've abused it and it is still as tight as the day I bought.

In my opinion, this stem is about as cheap as you can get for a stem and it is absolutely The stem can be used on both a downhill and fat bike, but it is a bit tall you may have to take out a spacer under your current stem for it to.

My specific purpose for purchasing this was to use it with the I needed a stem that fits 8mm bars, since none of my others were this size. I was also looking for a shorter stem, so this was perfect. (As to be expected) you can't find one like this locally. You did a great job The branding may be excessive, but in this case, it isn't bad at all. It is well worth the cost

The stem I received was really shocking to me. Depending on the reviews, people have said it's BULKY, it is heavy and bland. There are 203 grams in it. The stem really is a great deal, and the bolts that you need to hook it up to the steer tube and handle bars are included in the package. I like this stem a lot better than the one that came with my bike. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Upgraded to a much better version

For my Mongoose malus fat tire bike, I bought this bike along with matching 40 degree riser bars. These along with the matching bars really improved Since I am a smaller guy, this is much more comfortable for me. This book is well worth the price. I would highly recommend this book. Upgraded to a great product.

This stem looks sturdy and appears to be well constructed. It seems to improve the look of my GT full suspension bike. I am more comfortable with the handling of my bike now that it has a shorter stem and it feels more responsive and playful now. I was pleased with how fast and easy it was to install.
