They're flexible, so you may need to cut the end off. They're designed to be at the end of the bar, so removing the end piece or cutting the end off should suffice.
You can twist the grip on the bar to make it any way you want. My stitch is facing down, so my palms are flat and my finger tips are just touching the stitch. BTW - I've had these on my beach cruiser for about three years and they're still in great shape; they've held up well, look great, and I'm very pleased with them.
You've asked an interesting question! These were actually bought for my son's Firmstrong 26" as well! They fit perfectly, are extremely comfortable, and look far superior to the cheap foam ones that came with his bike! I would strongly suggest it.
Yes, without a doubt. The only way to be 100% is to measure dia. Handlebars are pretty much standard but the only way to be 100% is to measure dia Examine the grips on your handlebars and compare them to the specifications.

These grips are very comfortable and cushioned, and they look nice. Some edges/seams show white, as if unfinished, or the edge is worn off, but not badly. I'm not sure if that'll be a sign of long-term viability. They appeal to me in general. The installation, on the other hand, was far from simple. My cruiser is called the Firmstrong Urban Lady. Yes, I purchased grips that were the correct size. It's just that they're a TINY bit too small. Using alcohol, a hose tool, and a lot of prying and pulling/pushing, my son and I were able to install them. At the very least, I'm confident that they won't spin.
This is a four and a half star review. These were purchased for a vintage beach cruiser that I'm restoring. They look fantastic, and the "stitched" seam gives them a vintage feel. They're easy to hold because of the interior foam. They'll easily slip on if you use a little hair spray or furniture polish on the handlebar and inside the grip. Overall, it's a great value for the money.
These grips come highly recommended! They're comfortable, long-lasting, and just plain cool. For installation, I suggest using rubbing alcohol. It easily slips on and spins to the desired position. After it dries, they don't move an inch. Some people suggested hairspray and other nonsense, which may or may not work, but rubbing alcohol is always a safe bet.
I resurrected a vintage cruiser with sun-bleached red foam handlebars. As sinful as it gets. These replacements are just as nice to wear as they are to look at. Tip for installation: Before putting these grips on, spray the handle bars with hairspray. Allows them to slide on easily, then dries to help them stay put!.
First and foremost, these grips were extremely difficult to install; however, I did not message the width of my handlebars. I MacGyved the hell out of this thing to get them on, but I didn't use any oil because I didn't want to ruin the grips' integrity. I'm glad I didn't because, while it took some effort, these grips are stunning, and I can rest easy knowing they won't fall off easily! This is an excellent purchase.
It has a soft feel to it and is relatively simple to put together. If you don't get your grips into the desired position quickly, sliding onto the handle will be much more difficult. It was well worth the money spent.
They're padded, super comfortable, and easy to hold for extended periods of time; the vinyl is soft and doesn't stick to your hands; and they're simple to put together. br>Installation procedure: br>Installation procedure: br>Installation procedure: br> I separated the handle bars and grip with a small allen wrench, then filled the gap with rubbing alcohol with a syringe. I removed the old grip and slid the new one on using rubbing alcohol (enough to drip off the handle bars). I hope you found this information useful!.
I've had these for a month and can't say enough good things about them. They look fantastic, and the stitching is of exceptional quality. They have a great feel to them, as well, as they are very comfortable and well padded.
