Questions & Answers

When your hands are sweaty, how are they?

Whenever I touch my hands they get very sweaty. They can be a bit loose and slippery if your fingers are sweaty

Is it possible to use them with an ATV?

In fact, yes. White bread is the best thing since sliced It's time to get rid of the I definitely have to have this on every ATV that I own

It may seem foolish to ask this The listing appears to be for one grip, but does it include two grips?

There were two grips in my order, but only two bar clamps (one per grip) were included, as well as the end caps. I will be returning the grips due to the incomplete order. They are a good pattern, but I'll have to send

When the clamps are on these, how long are they IN TOTAL?

With the clamps on, the width of the piece measures 5 5/16". You guys hit it out of the park with these.

The grips are great, but parts are missing
5/5

I like these grips a lot. I find that they are comfortable on my hands and reduce the numbness I experience after long rides they also stick to my hands well. Despite being wet, my hands have remained in good shape while I've used the grips. My sweating tendencies usually coincide with summer, so I hope this continues to be true this summer. If the locks were to break These attach to the grips and make them easy to install and remove. There is no need to use rubbing alcohol or other substances to slowly attach and detach the grips. The only complaint I have is that two of the locks were missing from my original shipment A clamp is attached to the clamp. As I read other comments, I am not the only person who encounters this Although I did receive my replacements very quickly (the following We hope they take a look at this issue, since there is nothing else.

The break-in procedure sometimes takes a little while, but it is well worth the wait when they are successful
4/5

My hands and wrists tend to go numb and feel painful after a couple of miles on my new mountain bike. I switched from an XC bike to a trail bike and I thought the geometry of the trail bike had me putting more weight on my hands and wrists. In the beginning, I was disappointed because I did not seem to be able to solve the problem with these grips. It was already my second grip, so I assumed that numb hands were going to be part of riding these, and I gave up after trying a few different grips. Fast forward a few months, and these grips are much softer than when I first installed them. Compressing them when they were new was difficult. Now they squish and move a lot more and are difficult to compress. This is a good thing! In the beginning I wasn't aware grips had a break-in period, but these took a few months to soften up, and they are now my favorite grips. Also, I can tell a big difference between these and the thinner XR Trail Comp grips I was using earlier. It hasn't gone away completely, but it doesn't interfere with my riding anymore, and that's all that I can ask for, I guess. These grips are recommended for those who experience pain or numbness in their wrists/hands whilst riding, for those who have larger hands, or for those just looking for a chunkier grip that keeps their gloves in place while riding. To soften up, you need to give them a couple of months. They will, and I am sure you will be pleased with the results.

They are truly the easiest grips to use for alleviating numbness in the hands
5/5

I can honestly say these grips are the best I have It was recommended to me by my friend and my right grip had just ripped so I went to Amazon and read the customer reviews the same thing was said. I went straight to the garage to install the grips once they arrived on time. When I realized the package was missing the locking ring and caps half way through the install, I was already halfway through. Although I read some other reviews that appeared to share the same problem, I guess it might be a one-off. It seems I was again an Amazon swiftly shipped out a new package along with a return slip for the first pair after I contacted them. This was an annoying thing, but I don't want to dock any points from the product since it is I've never felt so comfortable on a bike grip, and they just look so cool. The lock rings are metal and have a simple clamp on the handle bars. The color matches the bike, so they just look awesome. These end caps are made of plastic, so I am not sure how long they will last, but they lock in place very tightly. For added comfort, the grips are spongy but not to the point of losing What I have noticed most is that my hands no longer fall asleep during those long epic treks through the rugged They are beautiful. I adore them. Although they are somewhat expensive compared to other options, I have no regrets about buying them. The only thing I regret is not buying them.

A great grip that works well in wet weather
4/5

I like these grips very much! In the past, I had been using the ODI Troy Lee grips, but I wanted something with a little more flexibility. These are perfect for downhill riding, and the little bit of extra padding makes a huge These mittens are very comfortable to wear for long hikes, as well as having a good grip when wet or sweaty hands. There is no way I can give the colored lock collar racket a star since it is an outstanding It's obvious that ODI is using cyclists as a cash cow, and the fact that a set of replacement lock collars in a different color costs almost as much (if not more) as the entire set suggests they're doing this just for profit. (I bought right into it anyway, for I am one of those suckers as well as you probably are.

I'd say that's not Over the last couple of months, I have broken in over a dozen different kinds of grips on and off trails
4/5

Wearing the most padded gloves you can find? I get hand pain more than most people, so I use the most padded gloves I can find. Are you in? There are a lot of good ones in here. As opposed to other designs I ultimately dislike, these are thicker and not sticky as some others have been. They lock correctly and you can easily replace the endcaps. To remove the dedicated bar ends that I use on the trail, I have to do a little extra work. They are more than adequate for commuting, and if the grip is all the way on, they don't rattle or spin. I don't think they've broken or suffered too much damage from the few impacts they've taken. A couple of the threads on the connecting flanges on the grip should not line up with the bolt positions on the lockrings. When you install the grip, you must rotate it at the perfect odd angle so that the bolts do not stick out too much and rub painfully. In this case, the most out of the way position of the bolt is not going to be the same on the inside and the outside. It is barely workable that way, and to me it looks like a shocking oversight on an otherwise good product. It could have just been flush. In the end, I won't use this grip ever again because ergonomic grips are simply better in every department. I currently use the Entrac Lock On, which you can get on Amazon for a good price. As a result of the extra rubber on the end, the gloves don't feel flimsy when I impact them, and take impacts much better. I can now wear regular barely padded gloves without any complaints. During this process, your hands will be rotated outwards, which will straighten your wrists, resulting in a more natural grip that lasts longer and is more pain-free. There is only one bolt for it to lock on, which is excellent because the bolt is out of the way and has a larger head, which lets you crank it on much harder without damaging the head, which is irregular with ODI lock rings. Using ergonomic grips for a day no longer made them look silly to me and I no longer want to use them.
