You may be able to fit a cheap walmart bike if it is big enough. It fits exactly on my Walmart hyper bike. The shimano sealed one I used on my walmart schwinn sidewinder bike was from Walmart. What matters most is the leght and crank fit of the bike

What is the diameter of the bottom bracket for this? It's approximately 36mm. ?

The diameter is generally measured from outside to outside, not from inside to outside,

This is of no value at all

About 1,000 miles of it literally dissolved. Firstly, there is the problem of In order to install them, outdated tools are needed. The switch between modern and old tools is fine if you have them, but for me it was like switching between modern and oldschool tools. Although this is a minor complaint, it is still mildly irritating. The non-removable parts of the mine also had to be constantly readjusted I am having a driving related problem. Driving a car for less than 100 miles caused the drive drive bearing housing to dissolve. A factory installed cup and cone setup lasts for 20,000 miles, and I was considered humiliated by the fact that these did not even last two months. • The following are the three problems It does not have any kind of sealing. The bottom bracket literally allows dust, dirt, and water to get into it. A rubber gasket inside the crown races would help reduce debris, but they fail to include one. It would make more sense to buy this if you already have the tools and have no money to spare. Because it was similar to the OEM setup, I bought them, however I have since switched to a sealed BB nd have no intention of going back to this setup. If you are willing to spend more time repairing your bike than riding it, then you can make it better.

I used a vintage Univega 10 speed with a cotter, and it worked fine
4/5

I used it with a vintage Univega 10 speed with cotter type spindle and it worked fine. The thread on one side is on the left hand side. I found a nick inside one cup, but the nick was not in line Below are the measurements of the bracket shells The shaft diameter is 5/8", the shaft width is 71 mm, and the shaft end is 41 mm and 44 mm from the bearing lip. I would have to get the one with bellows if I ordered again to make sure that the grease and bearings last longer. The tool didn't need to be special. An adjustable wrench, a hammer, and a drift punch were all I needed to get the parts in place.

The software does what it is supposed to do
4/5

Glad that 3- has been able to help It's still available with the two-piece bottom brackets, so I've only looked at this kit for the non-existent bottom bracket There is a cup on the drive side and a ring on the Although the metal seems soft (my lock ring tool left some tool marks in the lock ring), I cannot complain about it too much. It seems to be of good quality. The pieces I needed installed easily, now my 87' Novara Ponderosa runs smoothly. Is does what it is supposed to do. I just wanted to tip you. If you use blue or red Loctite on the threads and lock ring, it will prevent loose BBs I recommend the seller and the.

This is a good option for vintage bikes with a low cost
5/5

In the course of restoring a vintage bike, I noticed the bottom bracket and spindle widths were very odd. It was difficult to maintain the chainring from hitting the frame with a number of sealed bottom brackets I tried. Eventually I gave up and bought this basic cup set, but to my surprise, it fit the original 134mm spindle perfectly. Although it isn't fancy, it feels very smooth and effective after it has been greased up and installed. I am expecting it to last a very long time.

This was a nice fit for a tired old bike
5/5

Is it possible to restore a 1970s style 10 speed Montgomery Ward bike, made in Korea. This is the oddest setup ever. As soon as I pulled off the old bottom bracket, the bearings fell apart. This one fit perfectly after that. That was also a surprise to me.

It is an excellent price, works well, and there are It replaces the bottom bracket cups, bearings, and lockring that were installed on the majority of steel road bikes between the 1980s and the 1990s
5/5

For those looking for an inexpensive way to replace their bottom bracket and don't want to spend $19 on a new sealed bearing cartridge bottom bracket (a superior, more reliable solution, especially if they will ride on a Shimano UN54 or better), this is a good alternative. Everything you need is included, except for the spindle, which you will need to purchase separately, in a length that suits your application or In addition to being well finished, the set I received threaded smoothly into my 68mm bottom bracket shell without any problems. Considering the low cost of the set, it is likely the sealed bearings would be of adequate quality.

The pedal kit for the Sur Ron Light Bee has been repaired
5/5

The Sur Ron Light Bee pedal kit I own is a Sur Ron Light Bee. A simple bearing-race kit fits perfectly, and is the perfect replacement when I need to replace bearings and races. Purchasing a pedal kit is more expensive than purchasing a couple of them! The inexpensive solution you provided is much appreciated!.

An inexpensive fix that works well
4/5

A good cheap repair for a kid's bike. These are only bearings and do not include any shafts. With the old shaft I was able to reuse everything. Please do not overtighten the nuts as this can cause the bearings to be damaged holding the shaft tight enough must mean it is free from sticking or catching but not too tight that the shaft will not move.
