A crank arms length measuring 113mm or 107mm is the length of the bar that they attach A ruler is also useful for measuring. In the case of a bottom bracket replacement, your old bottom bracket should have the measurements written on it

What is sheerness? As far as I can tell, it is not se- Lingerie made from this material is see-through and therefore unsuitable for wearing. In contrast, if you ride an older or cheaper bicycle with unsealed bearings, this upgrade is a great first step! Your original bearings will wear out sooner or later. Replace them now. There's no other way to put it.

It's only been a few months since I started using it occasionally, and though the crank has developed a wobble! It has only been months since the unit has been in occasional use, and already the crank has developed a wobble! I would expect that it will last one summer, then it will go back to a traditional ball bearing

The installation was easy and the ride was smooth

The old one is very hard to remove

The new one fits perfectly, but the old one is very hard to remove. For the cheater bar to break it loose, you'll need a three-foot tall one. As soon as that was done, the installation was easy.
