Where can I find a removeable display for the gear indicator?

Definitely! It's not hard at all. There was a small black plastic cover in the box of mine. The mounting bolt should be removed, the indicator should be removed, and the cover should be replaced. That's what I think it is. The bolt is 5 mm in diameter.

What is the purpose of the rear shifter? Does it go up or down 10 or 11 speeds?

There are 11 speed settings. Here is the right (rear) shifter, by the way.

How does it show what gear you are in on its red visual index?

This sign has the red color, but it doesn't have the numbers to tell which gear it

Do you get the cable and housing with it? Could you please just let me know the left side?

This is a well-made product, but it is hard to move

Although the M8000 shifters look really well made, I immediately returned them due to how stiff they are to shift, even without a derailleur attached. In order to keep your fingers from becoming sore while using these, you need serious finger strength. I replaced them with the Deore M5100, which are not as well made, but they are MUCH less stiff and easier to use for young riders.

The shipping was quick, and the product came in great shape. The Sunrac 11-speed drivetrain replaced every part of my drivetrain The cassette is 50t, the derailleur is xt, and the shifter is xt, and the chainring is raceface nw.

What does 7 speed mean? After installing all the new XT items on my bike, I realized that it is a 7-speed shifter after I adjusted the derailleur

It is the last warm day we have, so I decided to swing by the shop to have everything installed. Because the shifter was not wrapped as a new item, it is possible that this was a return of some sort and items were Feeling pretty sour about it.
