I would give five stars to customer service! My company sent me a new one right away, same day I notified them of the issue. It would have been nice to have kept this helmet, but we are very disappointed Once more, thanks a lot! It was two months ago that I bought this helmet. This is still fitting my now 10 month-old very comfortably with plenty of adjustment space to fit him as he grows. It fit my 8 month old perfectly then, and it still does for my now 10 month-old. It hasn't been left in the sun for a long time, but the black plastic underneath the colorful part has warped. Yesterday, my son kept attempting to pull it off, though I first noticed it at the outside about a week ago. When he puts on the helmet, he sometimes does this, but I took a look at the inside. The black part has started to warp on the inside and is pushing against his head. Oh no! That is such a disappointment.

planning to get it, but this style was not available any longer and we didn't want to exchange that for one with solid colors. It took some tying to get the strap back in place, but it has worked that way for over a year. Honestly, I'm not going to say I would never buy this helmet again, but dang, it feels like it shouldn't have broken in the first place. UPDATE

It seems that the straps of this helmet have somehow managed to come out after some time. In spite of the helmet's good condition and the fact that my son does not fall in it and generally treats it with respect (remember, he's four but makes good use of equipment), this I will have to purchase another helmet for him at this point since the old one is useless at this point. My son really loved this helmet, so I purchased it for him. for it and it came very fast.
It came in a regular Amazon box, and the helmet itself was in a clear plastic As soon as I opened the bag, I was ecstatic and it had a dino design I adored. Upon closer examination of the helmet, however, I could not find the shell, or the actual dino design. I found that it had been peeled or Even though the shell was not fully on the helmet, the design worked. There was an adjustable knob for size and the chin strap was adjustable as well, so I liked that. It is a huge safety hazard that the shell design is sharp and can cut your finger.

Since my son has been using his scooter and bike for the past two months, this has really held up well. He has fallen quite a few times and has always been protected. My favorite part is the print and color combinations - I like it very much.
