In order to charge it, you must remove the light from the helmet. In my case, it was impossible to remove from the outside. Don't even try to get close to the exterior or you might damage it. Nevertheless, I found that there was a small hole on the inside that I used a key to push it out. A push must be used to remove this device. There is no hinge or velcro strap. You can recharge it with the USB cable.
I recommend going with the large size. I have a head circumference of just under 21" and the medium sometimes feels snug.
The plugs on the helmet are not actually plugs. You can do this simply by pushing the prong of the visor through the center of the plug-like dot. Begin with the one on the right side of the center front. To press the side plug/socket into the side of the visor, you will need to stretch the side back until the prong lines up with the side socket. A visor was not mentioned in any way in the instructions for my helmet.
The visor is included with it. Whether the visor can be ordered again is unknown to me. There is, however, a separate helmet for this device.

The next day I received it. While I feel I have a big head for a female, the medium is perfect for me! Design that is sleek and elegant. It is light. I highly recommend this purchase! It looks super clean with the white as well.
In a nutshell This is my most comfortable bike helmet, and I have a bunch of them since I've been biking for a while. I have tried others, but this one fits best and is most comfortable for some reason. The reason alone makes it a car I'll use every day. I was kind of surprised at what I learned. Until now, I had no idea helmets in this price range could fit so well. A very nice thing is the integrated safety light. This is the first USB rechargeable flashlight I've seen so far. Rechargeable helmets with lights are the best option if you want one with a light. There's nothing I dislike more than having to always buy small button batteries.
The strap is amongst the best I've seen in terms of comfort and quality, and the reflective strips make it even more appealing. In a nutshell We own only one helmet so far and it is the best one we've owned. I like how light it is and how comfortable it is to wear. I have found that the size M fits my 12 year old comfortably due to the headband and straps being adjustable. It's important to note that the flashing led light is charging via a USB cable that comes with the device. It would be nice to get another one as a gift.

We love the option of adjustable wheels to make sure the helmet fits perfectly. Having it form-fitting was nice.
The only thing I would've liked is a few more lumens from the lights. Our bikes were being used at dusk, when bikes are the most dangerous, so the lights were barely visible. Nighttime is the best time to see them, but they are usually hard to see unless it is.
The shoes are great! I had to adjust them a bit, but I am happy with the result. There is a small-sized problem with me. The hat is the perfect size for my head (12in around). Because my old bike helmets were always so big on my head, I appreciate it when this one doesn't feel quite that way. The only thing I would change is the red chin clip for a black one, and I wish that the light were bigger (hence the only 4 stars). Otherwise, it's a great.
The light and overall design is nice, and the price is reasonable. However, the instructions on how to install the visor and remove the light from the back of the helmet could be improved. It does seem self-evident that those things would be worth mentioning As an explanation, I didn't realize you had to push the front visor pin through the plugged hole in the front of the helmet because the holes on the side of the helmet (for the remainder of the You basically need to shimmy/pull the light out of the back of the helmet in order to remove it. Because there were no instructions on how to remove the light, I was afraid that I would break it while trying to remove it. As a whole, I recommend this helmet to my friends.
