As a plus size cyclist, it can be difficult to find cycling clothes that both fit and are comfortable. In my normal size, I'm an 18 (maybe 16 if stretchy) and I was concerned that this would not fit, but it is perfect! I love that the bib doesn't cut me at the waist, and it's quite loose at the hips. I was also surprised to find that these shorts did not ride up! There is a nice, big chamois that is nicely padded. With bike shorts, you generally have to buy more in order to get what you want this is not the case with these ones! My height and weight are 5' 7" and 150 lbs, and I bought Approximately a half size larger would result in everything being too big. The only complaint about the fit is that I wish the shoulder straps were adjustable. They're a little snug but if I got a bigger size It would be nice for them to stretch out a bit. In addition, I have a concern that during my first ride, one of the legs lightly bumped into some velcro and I was disappointed at how roughed up that spot on the shorts looked. As I don't go on long rides with my kids, I wear underwear underneath as they ride in a bike trailer. Great bib. I love it. The only downside is that the clip in the front does not stay clipped in place. This really gives the impression that it is cheap. Because it does not affect the fit of the bib, I'll probably leave it off. This bike was bought for road riding and mountain riding. A quick update This bib has become a favorite of mine, so much so that I bought a second one. On my first one, there was no clip in the front so the clip on the back does not work. I crashed pretty hard in this mountain biking bib and it was fine!.

As far as comfort, this bib fit comfortably through my lower body, chest and torso. I appreciated how easy it was to secure the straps. The padding, on the other hand, did not work for me (after 30 miles, I was in pain). Ideally, it should be more supportive and shaped more like a bra. My overall impression was positive, and I would probably purchase them.
