The Shelastic 1 is a flexible material. With the 4-way stretch of the padding, it conforms to your body and does not interfere with your pedal strokes. Stitching is kept away from sensitive areas with wide fabric wings that extend beyond the padded area.

It was really hard for me to like these shorts. My expectations for these shorts were very low, since I was looking for shorter shorts for riding. With the exception of this pair, I wear an XS in all my bike shorts. So I immediately returned them because I wasn't able to stand wearing.

I returned this because it was too small

It is normal for me to wear a small or a medium. They were so small I could barely get them over my thighs when I ordered them Small! The price of this product concerns me - I think a Med could fit but I'm not sure if it's of high quality.

Compared to some others, this is not quite as good

This is particularly disappointing as I have several pairs of Shebeest cycling shorts, and these aren't as good as the rest I have. Whether the chamois has changed or not, these are only suitable for cycling indoors.

I really like the fit and look of the shorts. It is very comfortable to ride for long periods of time. That's a short length, I like it.

As the legs are washed, the leg bands shrink

Shebeest bike shorts are one of my favorite products. I have 3 other pairs of them and love them all. The first time I wore them, they were great, but the fabric on the leg bands shrank when I washed them. A cold cycle should be used instead of a My thighs feel like they're being strapped with rubber bands now. Due to the fact that I could only wear it once, I am giving it one star.

For those with cycling legs, it may be a little snug. Herbeest's cycling shorts are of excellent quality and length is perfect for me. Ankle-length and loose on the waist with a tight fit A bit more room in the thigh would make the pants more comfortable.
