At first, I was hesitant because I thought they would be hot to wear, but I have to admit they don't hurt at all. I put them on the day after receiving them and went for a run it was 78 degrees but it felt like 86 degrees A temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I was able to wear a tank top without feeling self conscious wearing them because they gave me compression on my upper arms. At times, they felt a bit cool, but I think it's because the material allows air to reach the wet part of your skin and the sweat is trapped underneath them. Today I wore them again when I did an obstacle 5K race and they protected my arms and elbows from abrasion. I didn't have any problems with them falling down during my runs or on As for ordering a size, I would recommend measuring your arms and choosing a size from the size chart. This item was delivered to me today, and the sleeves fit me well and I am enjoying the fabric very much. My next pair of shoes will be purchased! It is a pleasure to work with As a normal small person, I tend to be focused on my work The petite (5'3, 114#) with shorter than average arms fits in everywhere. The sleeve in this item was too small for me but I was able to get it on with difficulty. There was really no room for movement in my arm and it was too short. I couldn't bend my arm without cutting off the blood The other reviews lead me to believe that this pair is defective, so I am returning it.
