Having one of these for my mother who is in a nursing home has been a great help. In order to avoid tearing of her skin on her arms, she must wear something on them. She cannot wear the ones they provide because they are heavy and thick. In the noontime, they had almost reached her wrists.
I bought her these, which fit a bit tighter but not too tightly, they are thin and lightweight, and they stay upright on her arms pretty well. It is a pleasure to be around her.
As long as she's happy we're all happy as well.

It has not caught or run (yet), thumb holes appear to be strong, well made and well made. I have no problems with my arm length being too short, too long, too tight etc. I am around 170 lbs male. I am very sensitive to the sun, so the cooling arms were very helpful. I loved the colors and was able to match them to I would have liked it more if there were at least two black pairs. They also collect fuzz balls, which is a downside. It is important to wear a long sleeved shirt or a light jacket. In spite of that, it is capable of its intended functions.

The beds are comfortable. It's really fantastic to have sleeves like these which protect against UV rays. These are very soft and feel like silk. As soon as you try on the pants, you can feel how light but good the material is. My arms are so smooth and comfortable that I forget that they are even there because I am so comfortable wearing them. Despite the item being great, it did not arrive on the date Amazon had scheduled (the arrival was 4 days later than expected). As a whole, it's a great product, and I would recommend it to anyone.
