Will you be able to keep your arms warm in the cold?

They appear to assist me in the mornings when it is cold.

Will this help my torn rotator cuff while I wait for surgery? What is the best way to figure out what size I require?

I'm not sure about the rotator cuff, but I doubt it will make much of a difference. They're more concerned with the sun protection factor of SPF 50. They have guides on what size you require, as well as measuring aids. I'm not a fan of the one-size-fits-all approach.

Is it possible for these arm sleeves to be worn in the rain?

I'm afraid I have no idea if they're waterproof! My order was a little jumbled up for some reason. They sent me a small even though I thought I ordered a medium. The sleeves were returned to me.

They were a perfect fit for my arms

snug fit. Fabric that is smooth and athletic. The top elastic is not overly tight. These sleeves fit from my wrist to about 2 inches above my elbow, and my arms are about 31 inches long from shoulder to fingertip. I don't have skinny arms, flabby arms, or well-defined muscles; instead, I have strong arms without well-defined muscles (I mention this because some reviews are from men and women with moderately muscled arms, and their opinions on fit are mixed). Snug long sleeves, regardless of fabric, irritate my arms, and these are no exception. I'm not sure if they keep me from getting a sunburn, but they don't make my arm feel hot in the sun when I'm driving.

Sleeves that are comfortable to wear I used them at work to cover tattoos because they look great, fit snugly, and don't slide down

And, because I couldn't decide between the two colors, I ordered them both. Because of the pattern, I have to be careful which way I put them on, but the pattern is fantastic, and it's one of the main reasons I chose this sleeve over others.

This item was well-made and designed, but I ordered the incorrect size for my needs and had to return it. It was plenty big in the upper arm, but it was too short in the rest of the body.
