There is only one negative, and that is its small size. This product is designed to fit over a bicycle jacket, which I purchased for use over my motorcycle jacket. As it turns out, it fit over my jackets without alterations even when they have shoulder and back pads. In saying that, it runs one to two sizes smaller than the XXL size I was able to adjust the vest easily, and I had a seamstress add black fabric under the arms and over the shoulders so the vest now fits over my riding gear easily. Despite the size issue, there are far more positives than negatives. As evident by the pictures and video's on the internet, this material has unbelievable reflective properties. This is the product that you need if you want to be seen at night when walking, bicycling or riding a motorcycle. This is also an extremely lightweight bag, so it will be easy to pack and won't take up much room in my side bags. This is a product I highly recommend.
