I am 5'8" and weigh around 145 pounds, so I ordered a Large. It is comfortable to wear and does not cling to the body. The length is also appropriate, not too short like some of the others I own.
I live in California, where it only gets down to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, but they are fine. My only gripe with the pants is that the cushion isn't up to par.
I'm 5'10" and weigh 200 pounds. I purchased the XL(us) sponned shorts, which fit well but were a little snug. I bought the sponeed bib shorts in size 2xl(us) and they fit perfectly. I'll keep ordering 2xl(us) in the future. These tights are included.
It's a gel pad, and I hope it'll be of use to you. Thank you very much!

The gel padding on these pants wasn't thick enough for me because I have little "natural padding" over my sit bones. The padding, I believe, would be sufficient for the vast majority of users. As you can see, Sponeed replied to my initial review, and I followed their advice and contacted them. Tyler from customer service, much to my surprise, asked for my height, weight, inseam, and waist measurements and offered to have a custom pair of bike tights made for me by the factory. THERE IS NO COST! I buy a lot of things from Amazon and have always received excellent service, but Sponeed's customer service is a quantum leap ahead of anything I've ever encountered. Amazing, simply amazing! Furthermore, their bike apparel is a fantastic bargain. High-quality materials are used in the construction of this product. Any customer will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the workmanship. Sponeed, you've done a fantastic job! br>br>I am a huge fan of Sponeed's merchandise. Our cycling family has purchased six pairs of their bike shorts (which we consider to be an excellent value). As a result, I was disappointed to learn that the padding in their cycling leggings is inferior to that of their shorts. Because I don't have much natural padding in my buttocks, I rely heavily on my cycling equipment to keep me comfortable. Particularly in the winter. Sponeed should make a pair of leggings with more padding, in my opinion. That would be a better product for me, and I'm sorry I gave it three stars. The stitching is excellent, and the fleece lining kept me warm on my first ride, which was in 38 degrees. But, at least for me, the padding is a deal breaker.
It is well-made. It's very relaxing. I'm very pleased with them. It is well-made. I've used them for rides that started early in the morning with temperatures in the high 30s and ended in the high 60s; It was a little chilly at first until the body warmed up, but once the sun was out and the temperatures had risen, it was not too hot. When the temperature is between 45 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit, it is called the "sweet spot. " 55/60. br>br>The seller was extremely helpful in determining the correct size. I have a height of six feet. 195 lbs. I originally ordered a L (US large), but switched to a M, which is a little snug but not uncomfortable, and the padding stays in place without needing to be adjusted during the ride. br>br> Length was fine on both the L and the M, but I had to choose the M due to the fit in the waist, seat, and padding. Pant legs have zippers at the bottom. Wind can get into the pant leg at the bottom on occasion. With temperatures in the 50s, the wind has little effect on comfort. I usually wear a shoe cover that extends up over the ankle and over the bottom of the pant leg when it's colder outside - Then there'll be no way for the wind to get in.
These pants are fantastic! Soft, squishy padding that is neither too large nor too small. The pants are made of a high-quality moisture-wicking fabric. I'm also a big fan of the fit. Make certain they have a firm grip on that ass! In addition, the price is excellent. There's a lot of bang for your buck here.
For cooler weather, I have the regular version, which I like a lot - For colder weather, I now have the fleece version. It's hot! br> I've now done three longer rides with them, the longest of which was about 60 miles yesterday, starting at 27°F and ending at (incredible) 33°F, and I was glad to have them on. br>I did, however, put on my long winter socks (under the pants) to keep my feet warm. br>I'm 5'11" tall and weigh 185 pounds with a 34" waist. ) and "Asia XL = US Large" were a perfect fit. br>br>Requires a five-star rating!.
I bought these cycling pants because of the overall 4-star rating. 1 and a half stars The pants fit perfectly, are comfortable, and appear to be of good quality, but I had to return them. My problem is that the padding is insufficient, making them less comfortable than some of my other cycling pants and shorts. The issue is not so much with the padding as it is with the padding area. br>Recent changes: My original rating was two stars, but it has now been raised to three stars thanks to excellent customer service, which contacted me and offered to customize the cycling pants by increasing the padding size at no charge. This indicates that they are willing to listen to and respond to customer feedback in order to improve their products. I'll update this review once I've received and tried the new (hopefully better) cycling pants. br>The second update is as follows: I got the cycling pants with the extra padding, and they're a lot more comfortable. The tailored pants receive a five-star rating from me.
I chose the smallest size in the chart, but it didn't fit very well. They had a crotch that was too long and a leg length that was too short. I weigh 170 pounds and am 6'0" tall. Inseam measures 34". I was planning to return them, but their customer service contacted me and asked if I wanted a custom size, stating that I could keep the old ones and only pay shipping on the new ones. "Why not?" I reasoned. The new ones are much more comfortable. Even if it isn't perfect, it is a step in the right direction br>br>Overall, the tights appear to be of good quality. The fleece-lined ones appeal to me the most. I wear them alone down to about 25F and then with a pair of 4-inch boots. Wind pants are worn over them in temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit. I wish the front layer was wind blocking like some tights I've had in the past. br>br>I considered deducting a point for the odd sizing, but I have a lot of bike clothes that don't work for me. So, if these work for you, you're getting a good deal.
