Although the 34 waist appears to be an xl, at 154 pounds, I would recommend ordering a large.
My husband is 30 inches around the waist and weighs 157 pounds, so he ordered a US small (Asian M). We ordered a US medium, but it was too big for him. It's possible that you'll need a large in the United States.
Not sure. I purchased the red ones. They're brightly colored.
Because the pants I received do not have a fleece lining, they can be worn throughout the year.

In the same size, I have the Sponeed padded Cycling shorts, which are fantastic. These were bought for riding in the colder months. They, like the shorts, are of good quality. When standing, the fit appears to be good. After 30 minutes of wearing them, I had to turn around. The pain was too much for me to bear. The padding appears to be identical to that of the shorts, but the placement is different. If you like the Sponeed padded shorts, I recommend wearing them with non-padded pants and then layering the padded shorts underneath. br>br>Recent changes - I was able to simply drop these off at the UPS store and return them. All I had to do was show them the Amazon QR code. There is no need to put them in a box; simply drop them off. I had chosen for the refund to be applied to the balance on my gift card. I dropped them off in the morning, and the gift card balance had been credited by lunchtime. I received an email from Sponeed when I returned home - They expressed regret and expressed a desire to improve the situation. I'm not sure if I'll buy these again, but returning them was a breeze, and I like other Sponeed products. I gave it a three-star rating because not everything fits everyone the same way. These aren't for me, but they might be for you. The price is reasonable, and the clothing from Sponeed appears to be well-made. It was much easier to get back than I had anticipated.
So I decided to get the pants because I already had two pairs of shorts. I've discovered that they're all unreliable. One pair of shorts is the perfect size. The other one (of the same size) was too small. I decided to go for it with the pants. My sit bones are not even covered by the chamois. When compared to my favorite shorts, they are sewn in about 3" lower from the waist band. I have to pull the waist band well over my belly button if I want to cover my sit bones, which gives me a major wedgie. For the price alone, I would have given it 5 stars if the chamois was sewn in the proper position. But, even at this price, I can't say it's a great product; for me, this pair isn't functional; perhaps the next set will be, but I'm not willing to risk it.
At this price, what did I have to lose? I bought one pair of Sponeed fleece lined Cycling Long Tights Leggings Biking Pants with Padding UV Proof to try. Since purchasing, I've ridden in temperatures ranging from 40 degrees in windy conditions to the mid-20s in the southeast, as well as in misty rain. If you're looking for a great deal on padded cycling leggings, these are the ones to get. I liked them so much that I bought a second pair. I weigh 178 pounds and stand 5'6" tall. I placed an order for a size Lg. They are a size XL in the United States and fit perfectly in Asia.
These cycling pants have been on several rides with me. The fit is fantastic, the construction is solid, and the design is unique. The padding is adequate and fits precisely where it is required. The quality is good, and the price is reasonable.
I purchased these with the intention of using them in the winter. They're well-made and comfortable, but they're a little thin for keeping you warm in the winter. To keep warm, I'll wear them under a second layer of fleece jogging pants. br>br>I would give them a 5 star rating if they were more like ski pants, which are much thicker, as I already have biking shorts for the summer.
I adore their tights and own a pair of their cycling shorts and tights. They contacted me to see how I liked the tights, and I told them that while I liked them, their shorts were my favorite cycling shorts (I have a lot), but that the stitching on one part of them was getting a little loose. They replaced my shoes right away. Sponeed is a favorite of mine.
For a ride on a 150-degree day, they made a great padded base layer under a pair of sweats. These are a bit on the small side. The waist (36") appears to be fine according to the sizing chart, but the thighs and calves appear to be extremely tight.
Due to the differences in US and Asian sizes, I ordered a larger size, which fits perfectly. I'm pleased with the quality as well. Now I'm ready to face the winter with a proper, well-prepared wardrobe. wearing a nice outfit.
