I am reviewing the version without Generally I use them when it is muddy and cold during cyclocross race, or whenever I ride MTB when I know there will be thorns, so I am not destroying my more expensive knickers or team short. Those hats were a nice surprise they fit well, keep me warm, and last a long time. In addition to the chamois pad, it appears to be the same one used in the $75 black bibs. They haven't caused me any issues or saddle sores while riding four hours in them. A size large fit me well since I am 6'1", 165 lbs, with a 32" waist.
The long bibs caught my attention when I was looking for some long bibs, and after comparing them to some more expensive varieties, I decided they were worth the effort. As you can see, I did not hesitate to get a 2x since I needed it for sizing purposes. To give my feedback, I decided to wait until I had worn the shoes a few times. Being in S is very comfortable for them. The weather in Florida may be cool one day and warm the next, but both walks I took were comfortable in terms of temperature. As you always hear, the more expensive your bibs are, the better the padding will be, but this isn't always true. There are no significant problems with the padding. It is not great, not terrible, but somewhere in the middle. I plan to buy a more expensive pair of shoes next time, so I can compare them to The normal number of rides I take is two. I use the distance / time of 3 hours or 30 to 70 miles as a comfort gauge.
A cold winter morning in SoCal (*60F) can be too cold for shorts yet too hot for tights (by the time the ride is In the end, I found the capris were just right, though I was uncertain if The bib top also turned out to be very attractive to me. There seems to be less flatness in my stomach than there used to be As the waist of my riding trunks (I have at least 8) becomes tighter and tighter after 10 - 15 miles, it becomes annoying. As snug as the bibs would be, they are now free of A bit of a problem with the tight rubber cuffs around each leg Unless they're shorts, I'd jump into them just like I would with I'll try to get dressed between trunks and ease into tights as I get dressed. The two have combined to make me a convert It is worn with capris and bibs.
After a long wait, I got a chance to ride them Aside from its material and fit, I am very impressed with the In terms of quality, the bib is like a $150 item. It exists one flaw, however, and that is how the chamois fit. The chamois is over sized and has a loose fit between the legs, as others have stated. Because of this, sometimes you have the feeling of walking around with a saggy diaper. In all other measurements, the M suits me perfectly. I'm 5'9" and weigh 153 pounds. It would be better to go to a large than a small. Nevertheless, my back felt great after a long ride, far superior to the castelli's I wore. The cost of 60 dollars makes it a good value. It feels great in the saddle, so it doesn't matter if my butt looks a little big off the bike.
There was no doubt that my expectations were exceeded. The construction and the chamois are of the highest quality. This leg gripper works great. It does not slip or bunch. Spring riding in the Rocky Mountains requires just the right amount of insulation It keeps me warm but not too hot. In the past, I used knee warmers but I got tired of my bibs riding up while wearing 3 times a week is my usual It is possible to ride these for four hours on gravel without any issues. My height is 5'9" and i weigh 135 lbs, so size SM fit me well. The pair we have is getting so much use that we plan to purchase another pair.
- Bad A hotel that offers good value for money and is comfortable, warm, and clean. I don't like The legs of these bib pants are too short for my liking. Nonetheless, these are a good pair of bib pants with one exception. The size chart recommended a large, which is also what I got. I'm 5'11" and got the size large. Although they do go half way down my calf, the pants only reach halfway down. Using the measurements provided by the retailer, it's only 59cm (23 inches) inseam for a size large. I normally wear pants with an inseam of The bib pants should go at least down to the ankle for a pair that is meant for riding in colder weather.
It all changes when you put them on, however. Materials seem good and pads seem good, but it all changes when you are wearing them. It is a bit too stretchy, which results in a pad that never shapes correctly, buckles when you are off the bike, and is not comfortable at all. I would not recommend this pad. While on the bike, the suspension seems to work fine with a few adjustments. It is preferable to go with a smaller size to avoid stretching the material. The purchase was not worth the money.
It was my intention to avoid purchasing any thermal items during the winter and save money to purchase other bike equipment, but my will failed me, and I began seeking out an item. The stuffed frogs were a whim of mine, and I have to say that they are very enjoyable! The socks feel great on my feet and have been worn multiple times. In my last two rides, I had these on and felt perfectly fine when I rode in the 30s. I have one complaint, but it's not even a major complaint. I would say that the only minor inconvenience is that the chamois pad is a little long. But it's not as big a deal as it sounds. The product is excellent and I would buy it again without hesitation.
