only one sleeve, which can be worn on either arm!
I'm sure you're wondering how far up the armpit and down to the wrist this sleeve goes. My decision to buy was prompted by a bike accident. This was by far the best investment I've ever made. I put it on whenever I go for a ride or do any type of physical activity. I hope I answered your question correctly.br>My height is 5'3 and my weight is 106 pounds. I placed an order for x small.
It provides more compression than any other brand, and I used it to treat bicep tendinitis. Only when I'm doing an outdoor activity (climbing or mountain biking) do I put it on.

This is the most snugly fitting sleeve I've ever worn. My biceps are approximately 12 inches in length. My forearm is approximately 11 inches long and I am 5 feet tall. Because I'm 5", I went with the Medium. It took me almost a minute to put it on the first time because it was so tight, which is ideal for me because I need the tightness to relieve my tennis elbow pain. I believe the forearm and bicep compression is provided by the sleeve seams (as seen in the photos). Different materials are used in the elbow area to give it flexibility. I'm currently placing my second order, this time for a black one. br>br>***1 month update**
After using it for 8 hours a day, four days a week, it became loose. The circumference of the forearm increased from 5 3/4" to 6 1/4" and the circumference of the bicep increased from 7 3/4" to 9" after one month of use. The size comparison can be seen in the new image. It's still a little tight, but not quite as much as before. This means that if you're on the fence about which size to get, go for the smaller one. As a result of the price, I deducted one star.
This sleeve provides excellent forearm and bicep compression. It's snug and has a lot of compression, but it doesn't feel like it's suffocating you. The added "flex" is fantastic and allows you to move around more freely. The material quality is good, and it's made of a thicker, more durable material that isn't as glossy and slippery as spandex. sleeves for typewriters br>br>I was on the fence about which size to get (in both dimensions), so I went with the smaller size, which fit perfectly and didn't chafe or irritate my skin. However, 2XU advises that if you're using the sleeve for activity, you should get the larger size, and if you're using it for recovery, you should get the smaller size. Yes, and you will receive only ONE sleeve, as stated in the listing.
Although the material was pleasant to the touch, the XS was far too small. I'd just tried on a different 2XU arm sleeve XS that was a little too big for me. Both styles were returned to me. I'm not sure I'm convinced enough to try a different size.
I prefer and would recommend the 2XU full arm sleeve, not only for added support but also for tennis or golfer's elbow. I'm 5'10" and weigh 170 pounds, so I went with a medium.
If I had the ability, I would give this six stars. Tennis elbow is a condition that I developed as a result of playing tennis. I now wear this while playing and my elbow is 100% better as as as as as as as as as as as as It provides firm compression while remaining light and airy. I never think about it when I'm playing.
I've tried a lot of compression sleeves and they've all failed me. They were either too loose, shifted out of place, or didn't provide the level of compression I required for my injuries. It took a long time for me to track down this sleeve, but I'm glad I did. It's great; it's a little on the small side, but it's perfect. I'm a very active person who always puts my elbows through a rigorous workout, so this was exactly what I needed. I've only bought one sleeve so far, but I'm planning on ordering another because I keep misplacing it.
These sleeves are absolutely fantastic. They provide excellent sun protection in addition to solid compression. I have three different colored pairs of these. For tennis, I wear them on both arms. Compression is lacking in other "cheaper" sleeves. If you just want a cheap option for sun protection, I suppose that's fine, but these are the best for true compression.
This works great for me because I have a wrist and elbow injury. Both injuries are treated, and the stress and pain associated with them are reduced.
