As a matter of fact, I just tested it with a demo unit in our office. While folded, it will roll on the front wheel, while being pushed by a handlebar.
Although 200 pounds is the listed limit, it may be okay to get close to that.
There is a Chinese manufacturer of this bike.

It only needs a few modifications. My 'research' into finding the right foldable bike for me was exhaustive and this one won out. Because of some poorer reviews and concerns about the handle bars, I was skeptical, but I ended up purchasing one anyways. As it turns out, those reviews are TRUE that the handlebars are not securely attached to the frame, because they are not firmly attached to them. Though I was able to resolve this issue for only a few cents, it IS FIXABLE, though. In the same way that a seat can be extended (raised), handlebars can also be raised. They slide up and down a shaft that has a plastic guide at the top, but that is the point of contention. So you can't tighten these bars too much, but they will still wiggle if you pressure the bars from side to side. So the solution is to add additional material to the handlebar base so that the diameter of these bars is closer to that of the shaft. With the help of some foam tape, I just repaired the handlebars and they are now absolutely immobile. I am no longer able to extend the handlebars to their maximum height due to this modification. The handlebars still extend upward to a very comfortable level, so this is not a major issue. As the second modification I'd suggest, to ensure that the handlebars stay in alignment with the wheel, apply a steel duct clamp under the screw that secures the handlebars in position. If this is the case, then you cannot adjust the handlebars without first loosening the clamp, but if your bike is just for you or for just you and people of your size, then this is natural. Using the duct clamp, you will cause less strain to be placed on the screw holding the handle bars in place and you can put more pressure on the lower part of the plastic slider to ensure it won't strip when you turn it too hard.
While attending car shows or other events, I carry the bike in my trailer and use it to get around. With the exception of one flaw, the bike is great for this use. There is, however, a serious issue at stake here. There's nothing much to say about this threaded rod that is part of the clamping mechanism that holds the handle bar tube in place it's There are no other words to describe how awful this is. The threaded adjusting rod broke when I pulled on it as I was climbing a hill (pulling on the handle bars). During that time, the nut holding the rod stripped and it slipped out of its place. Due to which the handle bars refused to stay on the bike, it was unusable. Having contacted the manufacturer, I sent them an email. Upon purchasing the new adjusting rod from Wal-Mart, I stripped it as soon as I tried to unscrew it from the nut. It appears that the assembly process resulted in cross threading. After getting a replacement from the manufacturer, I was disappointed to find that it was also badly made or cheaply made. Almost no pressure could be applied to it, so it also stripped out. Basically, I am not a hack that does not know which end of a screwdriver to put on. Over the years, I have performed work on everything from cars to home appliances with a good level of success and I have the tools to perform a good As a whole, the part is worthless. While not a perfect bike, other than the engine, it does the job I wanted it to do. A machine shop is making an adjustable rod for this bike, and once it is completed, I expect it to serve me well.
Like the majority of people who purchase these, I commute by train (the other half are It was many years ago that I owned a Dahon Vitesse 5, and their products set the bar high for what should be included in folding bikes. The folding bike setup is just getting back into my life and I didn't want to invest in anything too costly if I wasn't sure it would work for me. As far as the Vilano bike is concerned. . . I had one of their fixies before so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect, and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and finish of this bike. After unboxing, there wasn't much I needed to do. The tires need to be filled, the chain needs to be loosen (it is crazy tight), and the fasteners need to be checked for specifications. That's what they did. The simplicity and light weight of this one made it ideal for me. There is a single speed and coaster brake on the bike That is as simple as it gets. As well as how much fun it would be, I was surprised by how light it would feel. In order to afford a folder such as this, you need titanium. I'm not a Rockefeller, but I'd like one. You'll be able to maneuver the machine with ease, its center of gravity is low, and it's fast. The tires are perfectly suited for the terrain in and In this case, the gearing doesn't cause you to "spin out" and it's not so high that you can't climb steep As always, I added a front brake (I prefer having a backup) and fenders to the bike. Folding the folder brings it to a compact size that's narrower than most others available today. The tree is under my desk at work during the day, and under my kitchen counter Besides the velcro strap that holds the two halves together when folded, I have not found it to be necessary. Once I purchased a more "serious" folder (the Dahon Mu XL Sport), I planned to sell the Mu, but now I am second-guessing that decision. This bike is something I enjoy a lot.
a very high-quality and sturdy bike. I ride it for fun on the weekends and I'm very satisfied with it. Parts * Assembly As soon as it arrived, I unfolded the package, put the latch in the middle and slipped the handle bar on. It was as simple as that to assemble. A few others The latch needs to be tightened (but will still allow it to close) when you adjust the seat and handle bar height. Spinning the knob will make the latch tighter and you should close it once it is secure. I was pleased to find a nice, tight center folding latch when I received the bike. There is also room to tighten that.
What I like about this bike Sturdy and well built with a high level of A simple foot break and single gear (which is low maintenance because no fiddly parts are required). It has quite a bit of adjustment room for seat and handle bar length. Hence, I raised the handle bar high enough that my back remained straight and my posture was good.
