First and foremost, I must emphasize that this company's customer service is extremely responsive and prompt. br>I placed an order for two of these bikes, one orange and one green.
Pros. br> They showed up exactly when they said they would. br>The box was well-made and well-organized. br>The bicycles are very attractive and cute.
The assembly was simple (only 15%) . I didn't even bother to read the instruction manual. When I had a question, I went to YouTube and found the answer. br>There were some issues with the breaks, but they were quickly resolved with the seller. br>I have been using them both, and they are good for transportation, fun, and they do well on the shoulder of the road or even on the grass or gardens. br>br>Cons: They look like mountain bikers and are quite good at it. br>The net weight is estimated to be between 33 and 36 pounds, according to the specifications. Nothing can be further from the truth than the truth itself. They weigh exactly 48 pounds (net) each. br>As for the material, well, at this price, who cares?.

Nice bike for the money, shipped on time, directions were hilariously confusing but use your brain and look at the picture, not rocket science, when I saw the quality of materials I thought this thing wouldn't last a weekend, I was wrong, came adjusted very well, heavy bike but rides smooth, mild adjustment to disk brakes to run perfect very easy to do, shifting system was in tune from factory, didn't think the air pump they give you would even work b
