Questions & Answers

When it comes to this bike, what is its maximum weight?

I weigh 170 lbs and I have no problems getting around on two wheels. My estimate would be 250 pounds at the most. Though it is a good bike for short trips and navigating crowds, it is not as fun as a full size.

What should be done if I am 5'10" and this bike is too small for me? Are you also asking if this bike is worth its price and of good quality? Recreation is what I most want from it. It's going to be used every Sunday for an hour or two. This one seems like a good choice, isn't it?

I believe the bike can be ridden comfortably by people up to 6'2" and 6'3". There is an adjustable seat on the bike.

Do you know how much weight the bike has?

Here is a website page that says so. The dimensions of the product are as follows Size 56x17x44 inches The weight is 33 lbs

Is the bike a few pounds or a few tons?

There is a 9-pound difference

This bike was worth 225 dollars but had 70 dollars worth of damages
3/5

It appears that the bike arrived greatly damaged and not quite as described, just like the other uses reported. In the first place, the bike is missing one of its two folding pedals, which was literally the reason why I chose this bike over any A second problem was that the rear brakes were completely shot. The arm springs are set so that they will not spring back when the brake is pressed, which means that the pads ride right over the rim while braking this cost a total of $20 to replace. Lastly, the biggest surprise came with a severely bent chain sprocket, which cost $50 to fix at a local bike shop as I had to replace it with a special tool. There is only one reason the bike gets 3 stars - the folding feature does exactly what I need it to do and now that it has been fixed, it is at least somewhat usable Announcing an update There has been a lot of damage to this bike. I have been riding this bike to and from work building and parking lot maybe 10 minutes a day along with everything else I have been doing. The whole system has started to break down. It doesn't take much effort to bend the front fender whenever you fold the bike anymore. The chain guard is nearly impossible to adjust due to the poor design of the cable routing. The rear brakes are nearly impossible to adjust because of the poor design. I have a bike that has a spinning front reflector and can't tighten it, and there isn't a good place to attach lighting to it so that it can be used at night. I wish that money could have been used for something else. This may be something I need to file with the BBB!.

There are a lot of good things and a lot of bad things
3/5

In the event that you do not intend to fold this bike often, it may not be the one for you, your back might not appreciate it
bike *i like how the bike rides and how smooth it is*i like how it looks*i feel like I can use it forever*i dislike the following things about it It is a ton of weight and the folding mechanism is tricky. Items smash together when folded, mainly the fenders and pedals. By the way I also own a Citizen bike and that thing is amazing. I think Amazon should get a deal with them.

Though it takes up less space in my apartment, that's one of the reasons I love it
3/5

As it was heavier than all of my big 26" mountain bikes, it was too bulky to store in my garage. In order to get to my 1st floor apartment, I have a flight of stairs that I need to carry my bikes up, but they were so heavy that I realized it might be easier without them. The fact that it requires less space in my apartment is a plus, but I found it too heavy for my needs. Although it does seem like a heavy bike, I'm not sure. A bent ring was found on her finger while she was on the run - Each time you spun it with a paddle, the chain and wheel would fall off. I didn't have a problem with the delivery. Replacing it with a refund. Asked for it. Waiting for it. I am glad they picked it up without having to bother me. The bike is great only if you don't have to carry it, like if you can ride and fold it so it can go in your garage without having stairs or small doors and narrow hallways to navigate. In the absence of stairs and if you do not have to carry it very far. I give this bike a rating of 4 to 5 stars.

We do not recommend this
3/5

As a foldable bike, this bike is pretty heavy. I struggle when I fold it and carry it onto a train and I usually fold it only after I'm on board, but sometimes this interferes with other people loading and boarding their As soon as I put the bike back together in the second week, the wire always got caught in the handle and I snapped the front brake. In addition, more effort must be expended when assembling or disassembling this bike as compared to other folding The experience I have personally had with this bike wasn't great, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Transport is of a good standard
4/5

This bike came from the shipper with the drive sprocket bent. As the metal was so soft, I could straighten it by hand. It is great for camping, though being single speed, I wouldn't want to take it on a long ride. It's very convenient that it folds up so I can carry it around.

I like your bike
5/5

It is the ideal bike for a campground cruise if you want a single speed. A couple of them are on their way to my wife and me. As soon as I throw them in the back of the pickup truck, we're on our way. To go to the store, to ride along the shores of the lake, or even for pleasure, I use these bikes. It is a good day for them. It was a great ride for her and her horse. After unfolding the wheels and adjusting the brakes, they were ready to be assembled. You have a nice.

It's a much better bike than you might think it would be
4/5

In addition, it's not as cheap as it used to be. The short and sweet version After i took the bike out of the box, I found it to be a smooth ride (truth be told, I'm not a great I did, however, take it to a reputable local bike shop to get it properly set up as suggested by another poster. As a result, it now rides really well. The game has changed a lot, and I thoroughly enjoy it. I was thinking about that when I saw that Originally, I bought this bike because it was cheap, but after adding up a few things, it isn't as cheap as you might You will be fined in New York City if your lights are too bright, front and rear ($100-$150) I used one more lock ($45-$100 depending on the lock) in nyc If you've got more, please tell me I may add ergonomic grips ($15) at some point (because you sit so upright while riding, it's hard not to lean down on the handlebars. and I'm only 5'8" tall). The nubby tires will probably need to be replaced with hybrids or slicks in order for it to ride smoother (I'm still not sure why they put off-road tires- The tires on this bike are road tires. There will never be a time when you veer off course This thing is terrible for road trips), and the seat is not very comfortable, so you'll want to replace it, It is going to cost even more! In summary, I am very pleased with the bike, and I'm getting a lot of compliments (particularly from Dahon riders, a factor that is really interesting), but it is imperative to question the economy of the bike. Better road tires, ergo grips, and more comfortable seats are all part of the Dahon's upgrade package. Also, my guess is you won't have to pay the $50 "setup" fee if you purchase directly from your local bike shop. I just wanted to give you some food for thought.
