The bike was certainly decent for the price, but the brand name on the bike we received was not the same as on the website

Although it may be a different bike, it looks like the bike in the picture, except for the brand name. I took my husband and I about 3 hours to assemble the bicycle, and even after that the brakes didn't work, the seat kept tilting, I took it to a bike repair guy in my town, and he quickly fixed it for me. We just didn't have everything tight enough, according to him. My 14 year old son with Down syndrome is using it just fine now that it is working well. It is a good bike. I'm happy with it overall.

The bike you are buying is very poor

It is not worth the money. A very messed-up box was used to ship the bike. I was not the one to receive it. Someone else probably did. Several marks were also found on the basket as well as on the frame. Upon assembling it, I found it to be a poorly-designed unit. I sent it back for a refund after disassembling it.

Rather than using the annoying “&” sign, verbal instructions need to be administered An introductory video about how to assemble a trike has bad music that does not relate to the subject matter. Incompetence and cruelty to customers, such as torturing, should be punished by firing and suing the authors of the instructions on how to assemble the tricycle. The designers, mechanical engineers, and quality control inspectors who provided input on the left and right axles as well as the rear freewheel should be fired, and sued for negligent and cruel behavior on the part of these individuals. There are two rear axles, one on the right side and one on the left side It is right and timely to do so I had a very bad experience with hammering in the rear freewheel and left axle / rod tolerance - they were extremely hard to hammer in. There is an incorrect diameter of the hole in the rear freewheel compared with the front freewheel. In this case, the rear axle diameter is the axle diameter. 2). Even when using the video, it is difficult to assemble the chain correctly. It would be helpful if better instructions were given. The tricycle was missing screws required for assembly. 4) The manual contains incorrect pages regarding the assembling of the rear axles because they were taken from another product.

This bike did not work as intended (directions were not helpful and poorly translated into English), and it still is not a perfect fit. The chain was too long and had to be shortened, and the basket does not fit with the original components. There is a weird cranky sound coming from the engine when going uphill.

I found that the written instructions don't match what seems to be in the video, and they make no sense, nor do they fit in the right place! As a result, this arrived in such a disparate state that I had to attach axles, gaskets, nuts, pedals, and even the chain. Are you serious?.

The assembly of one of the rear axles was a bit of a challenge, I had to file the notch a little longer than I would have liked. The single speed of this trike makes it well suited for flat terrain, but hills would pose an issue. Although it is an expensive item, it is a good deal.
