The handlebars on the bike I purchased were not the same as the ones in the photos.
They are, in fact.

The front wheel on my bike was also bent. I contacted sixthreezero (the company that sold the bike) via email. They recommended that I take it to a local bike shop for repairs, and they promised to reimburse me, which they did.

If that's all that matters to you, go for it; hopefully you'll end up with one that works. I returned mine because it had bent fenders and rims, as well as a horrible grinding noise. I chose a refund over a replacement for the following reasons: br>I'd emailed the company separately about a scooter on their website, and they still didn't know the dimensions of the product they claimed to have "Designed" after several days. When they found out, they promised to update the website. This led me to believe that these were rebranded Chinese products with a very nice ad campaign, and that they were also rebranded Chinese products with a very nice ad campaign. br>After a little digging, I discovered several other brands using the same frame with different colors and branding, but essentially the same bike: a wide range of price points, but the same components with minor grip and pedal changes here and there. br>That discovery took away a lot of the appeal of this super adorable bike. To compare it to, I ordered a Schwinn Mikko 7 and a Huffy Sienna, which confirmed that this bike is nothing special. Simply put, it's stunning. But so are the other bikes, and with the same components, they're a lot less expensive. It's up to you to decide whether the paint is worthwhile.
I can't say enough good things about this purchase except that it is the best thing I've ever bought on Amazon. Because vendors are now buying up Amazon's supply and reselling them at twice the price, buy direct from the manufacturer (sixthreezero dot com). This is an outstanding bicycle manufacturer. I liked how simple and easy to recycle the packaging was, and how simple it was to put together. I was so taken with my first bike that I had to get another! The website's customer service is quick and helpful - It rides great and I like the style, and the videos show you everything you need to know to put it together. This book comes highly recommended.
The positive reviews influenced my decision to buy this bike. And, while I understand that 2020 has been a difficult year and that bikes are in high demand, I ordered this bike on November 14, and it arrived on November 19, 2020. When I went to put the bike together, I noticed it was missing the bike post, so I continued to put it together, trusting that I'd be able to get the part, and I discovered the following:
1 - a seat post is missingbr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br Because the fender holders were designed for a 24" bike rather than a 26", the fender was pressed against the tire tightly. br>3 - The rear tire was moving very hard because the hubs were too tight. br>4 - Back breaks were tightened to the point where the tire couldn't move at all. br>5 - It was necessary to adjust the crankshaft. br>6 - br>7 - The tires were not true(round). Back fender (already installed) had to be removed so we could fabricate a piece to raise it up to clear tiresbr>So, after about 4 hours on the phone with customer service reps trying to get the missing part and reaching a mechanic who could tell us how to fix the issues, I was promised two call returns that never happened. Oh, and did I mention that the seat post would take at least two months to arrive? Customer service promised that a supervisor would call me back within two hours to escalate the issue in order to expedite the delivery of the part. When that didn't work out, I called again, and the customer service representative advised me to simply take the bike to a repair shop, buy a post, and have it fixed. Then, for a refund, send the bill to 6 3 0. We went to a bike repair shop that was extremely accommodating, charging us only $59. He felt sorry for us, so he gave us a number of 40. This bill could have been, and most likely should have been, much higher. He spent three hours repairing everything that was broken. He essentially had to disassemble the bike and reassemble it, as well as fabricate some components. We wouldn't have been able to complete the necessary repairs to get this bike back in working order. Thanks to my new repairman friend, the bike is now fully functional! How would I have managed to get the bike back into the box for return if I hadn't had him? I'm sharing my story with you so you can decide if NOW is the right time to invest in this company. My mechanic said it was a good bike, and based on the reviews, previous customers were happy, but I'll keep questioning whether or not this company is trustworthy until I receive or don't receive the $59. As promised, there are 40 items. I'll update this review as soon as I get it. br>Creative+ paraphrase - Checks for the repairman arrived within days of my request! I'm relieved now that they've taken care of it to the best of their abilities!.
The worst directions I've ever seen, with bad videos to boot. I can put together just about anything, but this was a nightmare. The hardware for the chintzy seat (the cap that attaches to the pole) was missing. After assembly, the fenders were crooked. Taking it apart and putting it back together is also a pain.
So far, I'm really enjoying it. The color is stunning, and the seat and handle grips are extremely relaxing. It took me no time at all to put this together. The online videos were clear and comprehensive, and the customer service was excellent.
Love it. The bike arrived in a well-protected box, with foam and cardboard on each piece to protect the paint. There were no scratches on the bike after it was fully assembled, which took about 30 minutes, and the coral color is so attractive that neighbors came out of their houses to take a look. The color, style, and quality of the dress wowed everyone.
Surprisingly simple to put together at home, and the amount of effort that went into creating it shows in the documentation and videos that walked you through the process. The high-quality materials and solid construction astounded me as well. The only issue I have is with the seat and how to make it more stable, which I will address with them. Moreover, the registration instructions directed me to a couple of non-profit organizations. Existing pages were found, but the correct URL was eventually discovered.
The front rim of the bike was severely bent, and the rear rim was also severely bent. It's practically impossible to ride. Prior to shipping, it had also been scratched to the metal where the rear tire had been installed. The fenders are flimsy and rub against the bent front tire, so I had to loosen the front brakes to prevent them from rubbing against the bent rim.
