I'd have to have it assembled by someone who knows what they're doing since I'm not handy. I had to purchase a replacement derailer since the one that came with the bike was incompatible with the bike. My attention was drawn to the fact that the front wheel was not aligned when assembly was complete. There was a right-right slant to the top and a left-left slant to the bottom. There is no way to fix Furthermore, the rear flap that came with it will not stay in place no matter how tight one tightens it. The first image was marked as too large after I sent two Xs with the complaint. It's clear to me that I assumed the 2nd mail was received since I did not get a rejection/kickback/not deliverable message because I reduced the number of pictures. Although the local number in the packaging is capable of accepting messages, the Virtual Machine box at the company cannot accept new messages. It will not be my pleasure to ride a bike with a non-aligned front wheel that causes the bike to have a left-hand veer. Therefore, no proposal has been received for resolving this issue. I DO NOT recommend this product. I strongly advise you not to buy this product.

As a beginner, you will find it difficult to put together the bike. In the instructions there is no information, and if you don't have any experience with bikes, you may have trouble putting the headset together. Once we put it together, we were skeptical of it. It didn't seem sturdy to me, but I thought it might have been because we assembled it incorrectly. When we went on our first ride, my son struck a bump and the steering was completely out of alignment. It looks like something I ought to return, so I did. The only thing I bothered to read was the return policy because I am so used to returns on Amazon being easy. Clearly, this was a bad decision! If you decide to return the product, you will need to pay about half of what you paid for it initially. The restocking fee goes to the buyer and you need to pay for shipping as well! So I just had it fixed since I was really pissed off by it. Our repair person confirmed that we did put it together incorrectly, but also proclaimed it to be a low-quality product that could even be dangerous. This is the worst situation he has ever seen in his life. As of recently, we still have the bike and it has been used a few times, but after reading another review, I don't think we will use it that much.

The brakes and tires are both good. There are guards for both tyres, but they are plastic and completely ruin the look of the bike. Invest your money in something that matters. Buying these bikes for my twin grandsons was a great gift. Initially, we had problems with the seat not staying stationary, however, we were able to fix the issue, not 100%, but we could ride the bike. As a result, one bike is missing a pedal. A new petal cannot be screwed in its place because it has been sheared off. Because of all the problems as well as safety concerns with the purchase, I regret it. This is the text that I wrote for the manufacturer. The seat attendant told me that a video will have to be sent. Luckily, we were able to fix the ride to make him ride. It looks good, but not much more. After waiting for a long time, I finally received this bike. As a first impression, the bike is very nice. Almost immediately after that, the tire blew. Upon filling it up, I looked at the tire (not the tube, mind you), and it said the inflation should be between 40 and 50 psi Approximately 65 psi. Although I felt it was high, I figured it was simply what it was. For both tires, I topped them off at 45 psi. My son wanted to try it out, so I rolled it out to the driveway where I noticed the tire tube had It went off too like a fire cracker. It is not known whether the tube matched the tire, but I will have to get a new one. It is more likely that I will purchase two and replace both of them. They might have been very cheap or they may have been old tubes.

This is the worst bike I've ever purchased and assemble! I've bought and assembled thousands of bikes in my lifetime! As a result, it was impossible to line up the disco brakes and rotor because the forks were so badly bent. I Would Not Ride This Poor Excuse of a Mountain Bike!.

It is very difficult to assemble and of poor quality. This is a bad instruction. At the bike dealer, you'll need to purchase better parts and have the bike tuned. You are better off getting a $400 bike. The fake pictures on the bike look great, but the bike is way too heavy to be worth it.
