My problem was that I couldn't figure out how to use it. While using it, I kept having the bike slide off the rollers whenever I cranked it up. I'm so frustrated! I opted for them over the Minoura given the difference in price, since I couldn't justify the price as I am only recently getting into cycling again. This is a great product. It is always nice to have a roller for those days you wish you could ride, but cannot.
