There are nice side steps, which make it easier to get on the bike. There haven't been any rollers that I've been able to compare this with, but if you need a bike roller, you would be glad to own it. I just want to note a few things about bike rollers in general. I found it to be difficult to maintain balance after trying it for two days. So, something like a roller with edges on the side would make it easier to stay on the roller. I do not think it is a good option).
In the end I returned this roller and ordered Saris M2, a smart bike trainer. The convenience of riding at home on rainy days and hazy days has been extremely beneficial. In other words, I just started and had a little trouble adapting to balance, but now that I have some experience I can handle it better. Originally, the sitting pole was a bit high, so lower it a little, change the flywheel to a bigger one, and then place one foot on the side of the platform, begin pedaling with the other foot, and do not get too concerned about losing balance. The pedals are not working, so you are not balanced. A reasonable speed should be used to adapt.

What a neat idea! I'd love to have one of these bike rollers at home! As much as I wanted to have to balance my bicycle and work my core myself, I was not able to get it to move once I set it up and placed my bicycle on it. Several times, I tried it and I had my boyfriend look at it, but it didn't This was such a huge disappointment for me. Even though I returned it, I thought it was a great concept if only I could make it.

You can fold up the roller trainer and it takes up little space. Due to the fact that my house does not have a garage, this solution was extremely helpful. As well, it is not too heavy, it is easy to carry, you can easily lift it off the ground. It will be interesting to see if it is as good as I.
