Please accept my apologies for the length of my reply: There was no mention of it being waterproof in any of the literature that I read. Because I ride a Ducati Monster rather than a cruiser or bagger, I only needed a backpack for riding. I happened to be caught in a rainstorm (because weather people are jerks - ed.) at the time. If you're one of them, please accept my apologies); I also had a 40-minute ride ahead of me. My backpack and all of my belongings remained dry. That was not the case.
I believe it is adequate in size. For the hose, you'd need to leave a small opening unzipped.
No, there's enough room on the inside for a shield, but there's also a helmet lease on the right strap outside the backpack.

This is a forgery, so don't waste your money on it. My bag arrived with a black interior and no pouch, as well as the wrong fabric.
I found this backpack after searching the internet for the best backpack for a sport bike rider. It's small and light, with a sleek design and a lot of useful features. It has a lot of reflective strips, which I really like. It fits well over the hump on my husband's Alpinestars suit and is also comfortable with a regular jacket. Thankfully, he hasn't had any "lift off" while riding it at high speeds. br>br>I'll say that, based on the size, this appears to be a men's backpack. Again, it's not overly bulky, but I can see how it could be a little too wide for some women. The smaller model appeals to me more. My husband is 6' 1" tall and weighs around 225 pounds, while I am 5' 5" tall and weigh around 118 pounds. The backpack is a little wider than I am, which I believe would make riding a motorcycle uncomfortable. I hope this information is useful to someone who is having trouble with sizing issues.
The good: I'm surprised at how much I can cram into this backpack. On numerous rides, I've brought along a spare visor container, shoes, electronics, a 15-inch laptop, and other items. That, however, is not the problem. You must bring the left side of the waist strap all the way over to the clip on the right edge of the bag to attach it. With both arms in, it's impossible to reach. I've learned to put in the right arm, swing the backpack around to the front right, attach the waist, then swing the pack to the back and insert the left arm. It's not fast, but it keeps the pack secure. In addition, the arms are never quite right. I've tried a few different things to get them to work. It's tight enough to feel secure, but not so tight that you can't reach the low clip. On a 1198, ons, ons, ons, ons, ons, When you loosen them up, the pack loses its grip. The chest strap accentuates the ill-fitting nature of the garment. I wouldn't say the pack isn't worth buying, but you should try it on first and learn the waist strap trick. Make your own decision after that.
I credit this bag with more than just storing goods, aside from the massive amount of space it provides. Late in July, I was involved in a motorcycle accident while riding my 2018zx10r. To cut a long story short, I was smacked in the face by a 9-year-old girl. Due to the angle of launch from the bike, I believe the bag assisted in absorbing some of the impact from my side and back. Rather than dying or becoming paralyzed as a result of a spinal injury. My clavicle was separated from my shoulder, and my ligaments were torn. Thank you, Ogio, for creating a bag that is both durable and dependable.
This was purchased in order for me to go to the store and purchase a few items. I don't have any bags on my bike, and it's almost impossible to tell that I'm wearing them. I've never before worn a backpack of any kind. It's simple to get started. Inside, there's plenty of room to store your belongings. br>br>Because I have a 31" waist, there is plenty of extra strap. It should be able to accommodate fat people as well.
The pack is incredible: I like the rigid shell style because it has a lot of room, the pouches are nice and handy, and the straps, material, and stitching appear to be of good quality. I'm confident it'll last at least ten years. I would purchase this item again.
This bag was purchased for a friend, who absolutely adores it. Overall, I think the backpack is fantastic and the best I've ever seen. It's of excellent quality, and I particularly like the shell that protects the contents of the bag and allows you to slide if you fall. This is the bag I would recommend to anyone who rides and needs a bag. However, I have one complaint about the backpack: I expected it to be black, as shown in the picture, but the one I received was red. That is the only thing I can find fault with. It's a good backpack, and it's aerodynamic, but I don't think it's the best option for everyday use, and the price is a little high; I've only used it a few times since I bought it.
