No, I've taken it on a number of rides and it's never gotten in the way.

So, after receiving the first pouch, which I never used because it was basically a piece of trash, I decided to purchase this one. This one, on the other hand, is extremely sturdy and has plenty of room inside; as you can see in the photos, I was able to fit a small first aid kit, a pressure gauge, a bike's multitool, a couple of those levers for changing a tire's tube, a small repair kit, my keys, and the building's access card, as well as my phone. My only complaint (which I believe is a problem with any pouch with a touch-screen interface) is that it doesn't have a zipper. enabled window) is the sensitivity of the phone's screen; I mean, you can use your phone just fine, but it's not as responsive, so I don't think you'll be able to send a text message or anything like that while your phone is inside.
When the phone is inside the case, the touch screen works perfectly, but I am unable to turn on my Pixel 3XL. My phone's fingerprint sensor is on the back, and pressing the power button on the side through the case is difficult. But once it's turned on (and stays on while doing things like navigation), it's fantastic. In all other cases, this is a far safer holder than any of the clamp-on options. br>br>After a few longer rides, I've come to the following conclusion: br>Because of the damage to the paint surface that is beginning to appear, I deducted one star. The weight of the bag is distributed primarily between two points where the straps connect, where softer, more protective material should be used. Granted, any type of strap will dull the paint if dirt gets underneath it, but I was surprised to see this happen so quickly on my new $5,000 mountain bike.
This is a great way to keep your phone and other items safe while riding. However, be aware that this will take up a lot of space. It was originally intended for my road bike, but I had to switch to a mountain bike.
It's simple to put together, holds a lot of stuff in the back, is water resistant, and works well even with my old phone, keeping it firmly in place without moving. The straps, on the other hand, don't keep the bag in place very well. It moves around a lot, and I have to re-arrange it all the time. When riding, attach and adjust them. They're also a little strangely long.
China is the source of this product. My knees are slammed against the wall. Because of the stem, it's difficult to fully open the zipper while it's installed. Zipper is stiff and clings to the fabric, making it difficult to open and close. The touch screen functioned as expected, and once mounted on the tube, it appeared to be fairly sturdy. I exchanged it for a phone mount that attaches to the top of the handlebars and does not rub against my knees.
It's easy to assemble and use. My knees would rub because of the way it was designed to be mounted on top of my frame. It works best for me the way I have it pictured on my bike, though I have tested it on the handlebars as well. The touch screen appears to work adequately, and it appears to be water resistant, though I haven't put it to the test. For the money, this is unquestionably a good purchase. It's of higher quality than some of the name brands I've seen on the bikes of some of my friends.
This is a high-quality bag that solves two problems at once for the price of one: I was planning on purchasing a phone mount and a storage bag, so this was a great alternative that saved me about $20. Through the protective plastic, my phone's touchscreen is very responsive, and the phone is held securely by the bag's large velcro straps. I also like how the phone is suspended above the tool storage, eliminating the possibility of my minitool scratching my phone. The amount of space is fantastic. I usually carry my phone, wallet, and a large multitool in it, with plenty of room left over for a rag, chain lube, or snack. The only minor criticism I have is that because the bag mounts flush to the stem, it can be difficult to fully open the pouch with the zipper, especially while riding. The majority of the problem was solved by loosening the stem strap. The bag does not obstruct my legs and easily attaches to my relatively short stem.
After a few rides, I was pleased with this phone bag, but then it got wet. It was out in the rain for a few hours and was completely soaked inside; if it can't handle light rain for a short period of time, it's useless to me. It was a waste of money.
