Product Description

By entering your model number, you can make sure that this fits.
With Super Fast, you can get back on the bike in no time. The speed at which CO2 is released is controlled by the control lever, allowing for precise inflation control. The twin valve head can be threaded onto either a Presta or a Schrader valve.
Compact and small Visit our 'How to Video' page for more information.
Protected No frozen fingers when operating with the included rubber EVA Foam sleeve (for 16g cartridges only). Instructions are provided in great detail. Important: Valve extenders are not compatible with this product. Extra care should be taken when installing removable cores in Presta valves. CO2 cartridges are not included; however, they are available for purchase separately.
Why waste money on a cheap CO2 inflator that will inevitably fail when you need it the most? This CO2 inflator is made of superior quality CNC machined aluminum alloy with durable and precise parts, and is built to last, so you can have a safe ride. Take into consideration
Pro Quality – We are so confident in the quality of our products that if you have any problems with them, we will gladly refund or replace them! For 'best performance,' we recommend only using premium threaded CO2 cartridges, such as PRO BIKE TOOL's threaded 16g CO2 cartridges. Note: Using low-quality CO2 cartridges with potentially poor threads and seals can damage the CO2 inflator head, causing it to 'fail' when it's needed the most!

Questions & Answers

How many 16g does it take to fill a 27-ounce bottle? 5x2. Tire pressures range from 25 to 50 psi. ?

Thank you for your inquiry, Brian.br> One 16g cartridge will produce 22 psi, resulting in a 27. 5x2. You'll need three tires if you're using a 25-inch tire. You can also use a larger CO2 cartridge because the inflator head is universally compatible, though the foam sleeve is only designed for 16g. For a 27. 5x2. A 20g cartridge will deliver 26 psi on a 25-inch tire, while a 25-inch tire will deliver 25 psi. > 32 psi. I hope this information proves to be beneficial. Greetings, and thank you for your inquiry.br>br> I'd recommend a 25g threaded CO2 cartridge for a 'fat tire,' as it will deliver approximately 7. 5 psi; alternatively, two threaded 20g cartridges will deliver 5 psi for a fat tire; one 20g cartridge will deliver 5 psi for a fat tire.br>Please note that the inflator head is universal fit and will work with any standard size threaded CO2 cartridge (12, 16, 20, 22). There are only problems, and the design is poor
3/5

This unit has given me a lot of trouble. Because the inflator attachment to the presta valve is threaded, you might be able to screw it to your tube before releasing the gas. However, whenever I unscrew that attachment, the tube's valve also unscrews, releasing all of the gas and rendering the inflator and tube useless without pliers (see photo). I've tried not screwing it on, but it always seems to cause issues, whether it's because it doesn't make a good seal as it inflates or because it's still attached enough to unscrew the valve as I try to remove the inflator. I've been limping along for far too long, but I'm going to change things up.

My son's CO2 inflator lost the red lever while riding, and after contacting Pro Bike Tool, they offered to replace the entire CO2 inflator for free

I'd buy from this company again ten times out of ten.

High-performance and high-quality
5/5

I was getting ready to go to a cycling training camp (road bikes in my case) about a week ago when I realized I needed a CO2 inflator to quickly fix a flat on the road because all I had at home was a floor pump for pumping up tubes. I looked around and decided to give this product a try, and I must say that I'm very pleased with my purchase. During this camp, I had three flat tires (rough roads, 400 miles, and bad luck), but thankfully, this trusty little inflator has become my best friend; if you don't have one, I strongly advise you to consider purchasing one. Here's a list of the benefits and drawbacks I've come up with. br>br>Pros:
- It's incredibly small and light, even lighter than a hand pump, and it fits easily in your back pocket or saddle bag when you're out on the road.
- On the road, it's incredibly simple to use; simply twist the valve counterclockwise. Close the tank by turning it 45 degrees clockwise and then twisting it in the opposite direction.
- It's nice and stylish; most inflators I've seen are bulky and unsightly, but this one is small and professional, which I like.
- It inflates well; at home, a 16g CO2 canister quickly filled my 25mm tubes to around 95 psi. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
- Because the foam insulation is thin, your hands will get cold even if you don't wear a glove, so keep that in mind.
- The small lever to start inflating is a little tight, but I understand why; you don't want to open the valve by accident. Overall: br>br> br>This is a great little CO2 inflator, and I've been pleased with it so far; however, thicker canister insulation is something I'd like to see. It's a fantastic product, and I've had no problems with it while on the road. The only piece of advice I would give to potential buyers is to deflate and inflate your tubes with air when you get home; CO2 gets you home, but it leaks much faster than air; use it for emergencies only, not every day; and to read the directions (which are quite informative, albeit a bit minimalistic); and to put something between your hand and the CO2 canister (which is true of any pump). Great pump, it really saved me on the road this week. (Also, this does not come with a CO2 canister, and I doubt it will. ) That is stated explicitly in the description. ) br>br>Attention: br>br>Disclaimer: br>If you found this review to be useful, please click the button below (it really helps me). This item was given to me at a reduced price in exchange for a completely honest and unbiased review, which is exactly what I have done. This inflator is really cool.

Long rides necessitate the use of this item
5/5

If you go on long rides and don't want to be stuck walking to get help for a flat tire, you should bring a repair kit. This includes the following items: tube(s), a tire lever, and an inflation source This inflation tool is a small, lightweight item - br>br> The metal inflation valve is included, as well as a foam CO2 cartridge cover. The main photo is a little confusing because it depicts the tool with a CO2 cartridge connected to the value as well as the cartridge's foam cover. This tool, along with a tube and two CO2 cartridges (in case of a malfunction), is carried in my bag. a tire lever, a fire during inflation).

It's simple to do! I've owned a few of these CO2 pumps, and this one is by far the best, as the inflation is much more controlled with this type of valve
5/5

During installation, the cartridge doesn't leak. I believe you get all of the CO2 in the cartridge and none of it goes to waste. I wish I'd discovered this one much sooner!.

This is a fantastic little tool
5/5

I asked my wife to get this as a Christmas present for me, and she delivered. Because I work in manufacturing, the quality of machine components and surfaces is more important to me. So I'm happy to report that I was blown away by how well it was machined and built. I tested it this morning because I didn't want to be far away when I first used it. It filled a 25mm tire to 100psi in seconds and worked perfectly. I have a Pro Bikes hand pump that works well, but it takes a long time to reach the same pressure. I'll keep it in my seat bag along with a couple of cylinders and leave my hand pump at home. I won't add any more weight because the weight is so close, and I won't have to worry about forgetting to put it in my pocket.
