Let's face it: a C02 cartridge is a commonplace item. You can get one from a variety of sources, including the internet and local bicycle shops. So the reason I'd recommend buying from this seller, Pro Bike Tool, is because of how much attention he pays to his customers. The seller kept me updated on the status of my order throughout the transaction and delivery. When I received the product, I also received an email from the seller asking if I had any questions about how to use it, reminding me to handle it carefully while it is releasing gas, and reminding me that once my tire is inflated and I've returned home, it's a good idea to replace the gas in the tire with atmospheric air, because small CO2 molecules will leach out rubber tubes overnight. I can assure you that I have never had a vendor pay such close attention to detail, and I appreciate their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. I had a flat 27 miles from my starting point. I replaced the tube and put a new canister into my inflator that I had purchased. I tried to inflate my tire after that, but it didn't work! I was convinced I hadn't pierced the canister, so I tightened my grip even tighter, screwing the canister even tighter into the inflator, but nothing happened! When I unscrew the canister, I notice that it has been completely pierced. HOLY COW. There was nothing left in the canister! I had read in other reviews that some of the canisters were empty, but I ignored them and placed my order anyway. I can't tell you how much I regret not listening to my instincts and staying away from this firm. My Co2 canister price threshold has just increased, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company and purchase from a company that does not have empty canisters in their feedback, because you could be their next victim!.
