After I cleaned up the streamers, they were a little wrinkled, but they blew straight with a hot hair dryer, so I was able to straighten them. There is a little spinning motion on the ends of these, but it only happens in a strong wind or when my daughter is riding very fast. I'm satisfied with the quality of the horn. Metal is used to make this, and the scalloped edge adds a nice touch. However, I would have preferred to hear the horn sound like a typical bicycle Just like a dog toy, it gives off a high pitched squeak. In my opinion, I think my daughter would be chased if she sounded her horn near the wrong dog!.
