A perfect little bell with a clear, easy-to-listen sound, that will resonate with any Zen meditation practice. This was bought for my 94-year-old mother, who lives in a nursing home, so that she could notify the staff without banging her walker on the ground. The striker did not hit the dome, so it did not make a sound as delivered. It was easily fixed with a pair of pliers used gently while a towel was wrapped around the striker to prevent damage. There is a lot of volume now, but with some finesse the bell can produce a more gentle sound which may be more appropriate for They should really do a better job of quality control, so I took off two stars.

I gave four stars to this game because the trigger that triggers the bell does not always work. I had to "hammer" it closer to the bell for the dinger to hit the bell when pulled out of the box. It wasn't able to make a sound when pulled out of the package because it was too far away from the My bike light now works pretty well, but sometimes I need to give it a little hammering before a ride. Its color and size, however, are super cute and flattering, and I could not find any other one that matched. It is still the best bell I have ever used! There is a high pitched noise that can be heard by nearby people!.

Ease of use should be ensured by a simple design. Getting it to ring loudly is a problem for me because I have to pull the thumb lever all the way down. My reaction time varies from 2 to 4 minutes In order to get their attention, 3 tries to make it ring loudly. Most likely, a different bell will be purchased.
